That's incline barbell press not a shoulder press, still impressive though.

Larry Wheels uses the same angle and also calls it the shoulder press in this video:
      ruclips.net/video/AzDoSXy0R2M/видео.html
The thing just is that when doing the seated barbell shoulder press, if you have the seat in a 90 degree angle or near it, your head comes in the way of the barbell path, which forces you to move the bar forward, outside the natural range of motion, which then makes the movement feel super unnatural and also inhibits you from accessing your full strength. The situation is different with the seated dumbbell shoulder press, because in that there is no barbell which would hit your head and hence one is able to do the seated dumbbell shoulder press more upright without the movement feeling unnatural.
Also, even though some people put the seat more upright than what it is in this video, usually they still end up at the same angle as in this video, because they just slide their ass away from the back support, hence decreasing the actual angle in which their back is.

No joo pystypunnerrus on pystypunnerrus kun jätetään selkätuet pois. Mieluiten vaikka seisaaltaan tangolla ilman apua jaloista.

Don't know what "tennu" is referring to, but if it is just a name, then No, I'm not.
