The situation is different with the seated dumbbell shoulder press, because in that there is no barbell which would hit your head and hence one is able to do the seated dumbbell shoulder press more upright without the movement feeling unnatural. Also, even though some people put the seat more upright than what it is in this video, usually they still end up at the same angle as in this video, because they just slide their ass away from the back support, hence decreasing the actual angle in which their back is.
