Can we dispel this myth that last season was miraculous? It was a good, solid season. But the way some of you act like it was tremendously amazing, lol. We didn’t beat a SINGLE team away in the top 9. We scored less goals than Brentford. Fair enough, we won a league cup by beating a bunch of championship sides at home, before beating Forest in a semifinal and Newcastle with Karius (3rd choice GK) in net. We took some serious batterings away at Brentford, City, Liverpool, Villa, Sevilla. It wasn’t unbelievably good. We signed a world class DM, a right winger from Ajax, cb from Ajax, eriksen as well, we probably SHOULD have finished where we were.
Yeah, it’s really started to get on my nerves as well. The idea that top 4 and a Carabao is some massive overachievement for United is madness. Remember even Lampard managed to get top 4 and an FA Cup final with a transfer ban at Chelsea.
The teams' form fell off a cliff after the cup final starting with a 7 - 0 drubbing from the bin dippers and people seem to forget about the end of the season.
@@daviddeepred8446 that’s why it was a GOOD season. But no United team should go an ENTIRE season without failing to beat a top 9 team away. That’s shocking. Our form after the cup final Is there for all to see.
Guys, honestly, this Malacia situation is actually so worrying. It's baffling to me that we haven't seen/heard anything from him aside from this supposed injury. Even with 2 ACL injuries he should've been seen by now. We have only seen articles and old photos saying he's supposedly back at Carrington. How many different center back parterships did we have in the 7-0 loss 6-3 loss & 4-0 to Brentford games last season? Were we decimated by injuries in those games too?
Can I say it actually all started after the league Cup final? We actually were quite lucky to win the final but the signs were there. Post the final it has been just downhill
I agree. For me our problems started when Andy Caroll injured Erikson in the Reading game. I felt that the performances after that were scrappy with a few important wins scraped (like the Caraboa final). We've also missed Fred in the middle of the park this season. So we neither have control nor legs in midfield.
Because the Owners are crap, the coaches are crap. The manager is crap. The players are crap. Basically everything is crap. There’s no point in sugar coating anything. It’s all CRAP.
I could tell casemiro had gone pre season. Jumping into tackles late, completely slow. I called it that he could cause problems this season if we're relying on him
Exactly. It's ridiculous! It's clear this job is too big for him. We are the only team in both Epl and Championship with no style of play. I watch this team and I can't understand what they do in training at all! You'd think they round up drunks from a bar every match day to play.
If its true that pretty much everyone has been told the proper graft starts next year, get yourself a new club if you dont fancy it, I can easily see the Palace game as a performance from a bunch of players who realise the gravy train is finishing and they either cant be arsed or cant step up and have just tossed it off knowing another contract isnt coming
If what you’re saying is true then it’ll be a case of good riddance to bad rubbish as we want professionals that are up to the task and put a shift in and it’ll help if we had more leaders that can read the game as what we’re seeing from the players is not professional! 🤨
@@ADHDean.indeed as it’s what is needed even though it’s not wanted as these deadwood players need to go first before the manager as once the players get on that pitch then the managers job is done but it’s also his job to make substitutes when a player is not performing to expectations and here’s the catch 22 it’s been impossible to implement that standard when there’s no proper backups due to injuries and that’s what’s killed our season.
Everything will be analysed at the end of the season including off field matters and all the periods in games with 45mins of a style and then imploding, loss of form of Rashford,Antony and Casemiro, injuries, poor subs etc. When you look at everything without emotions, the manager needs more support in the club inorder to perform! I believe winning the FA cup is not a factor in decision making and the management team have already decided to work with ETH next season! It would be risky bringing in another manager who is unaware of all the issues or understanding how the club works to come in and start from scratch! Emotions won't influence top decisions, only data, analysis, reports and feed back from the technical staff and coaching staff are important!
Depth, form, competition, rotation. What this season was lacking from last season. Also the players brought in this season was an open admission of taking a step backwards because he brought in a new goal keeper who’s completely different, a retired cb, a loanee mid and 20yo striker who was from the beginning called a project. Last season United had competition at practically every position, this season, almost none besides on the rw. And the rw’s aren’t good. Idk if ETH is definitely the guy but we’ve seen this movie before. I didn’t want to fire Jose, Ole or now ETH. I wasn’t happy Rangnick didn’t stick around either. It’s the club structure, that’s changing and the squad, change that.
@@mikester4896 Even if you watch the game against Palace, he had several chances and missed the ball completely. And yes, he's had plenty of quality crosses all season that he's missed.

@@garethdeere4822 The defence is the backbone of any team these days, they all play out at the back so when you have defenders are physically and technically incapable of doing so they can't control the game or get the ball to midfield and the team falls apart. Issue is we have players that can't win balls either so when it gets pumped up field we lose it majority of the time. The squad is fucked, you can blame Ten Hag all you want but it's the club and upper management that's allowed this to happen.
Ste is on it with these vidoes. When he is in a group of more than 2, his need to take over the whole chat makes videos unwatchable. One on one and talking into the camera, he is second to none on United fan channels. Btw, watching back that watchalong, ans seeing McKola destroy every fan chat kills me. What was that endless singing about? I don't know why this channel refuses to take the watchalongs and group chats more seriously. The inability of McKola to just stfu about random garbage is actually insane and is hurting the channel because who beyond the teenagers can be arsdd with it?
Give Ten Hag the time Klopp and Arteta got. It's that simple. Until this squad are players _he_ wanted and _he_ is happy with he can't be judged too harshly.
I really think it's a simple question to answer. Injuries, tiredness, and a few players coming to the end of their career. Nowadays, we over analyse everything so much and put too much emphasis on the influence of managers and the tactics they use. 9 times out of 10, it's the best players in the best physical condition that win football matches.
Lol, it started with the Lens game. If you have time go back and watch that game again. That game showed the midfield gap, but also showed our quick transition from the goal Antony scored.
Do you think the players have written off this season in their minds? And do we really want them putting in 100% for the last few games, which may put us in the euro conference? Would it be better to lose those and save ourselves for the cup final?
Fergie having a couple of injury prone players is not the same thing as 70+ seperate injuries in one season. Shaw was injury prone after his leg break but hadnt missed much over the previous 3 years. Varane wasnt that injury prone until he played for us. Malacia and martinez had no history of being injury prone. Neither did hojlund, mount, maguire, awb, rsshford, mctominay or linndelof. Something is not right.
@@MrKajjaGG all players get injured at some point so mount missing 2 months last season doesn't make him injury prone. Hojlund has been injured since that first injury and looks like he's playing with minor knocks. Well done anyway, picking 2 players from our squad completely proves me wrong. It's totally normal to get 70+ injuries isn't it? Silly me.
Varane was injury prone since his early days in Real + last FM I've played was FM16, even there (when scouted) his cons we're "injury prone", in red, remember it like it was yesterday lol.
This day 2 years ago, we lost 4-0 to Brighton away under Rangnick which confirmed our worst Premier league season - ended overall on 58 points. 2 years later, we will potentially get even lower than that. Massive rebuild needed where everything has to be ripped apart.
The problem is the players, the press, the supporters dont have no patiënt to build, every 2 years its the same bull 😢, this is going on for about 10 years, no stability no consistent, how long will it takes to get utd back on top, i quess another 10 years 😢
Ten haag is no doubt a top coach but the MAIN thing is him not signing physical midfielders he can play in prem like ajax days schone and donny as midfielders we lose every midfield battle we play and that leads to shots on goals plzzz sign midfield legsssss
Of all the players that needed replacing United chose De Gea who had been saving their arse for years... now United are about to finish 8th, the lowest ever in Premier League history.
Like.its been said 7 of his players started, 2 he promoted, if u can't get a style of play from 9 out 11 players then you're done, yes injuries at the back hurt but what excuse is that to have no style of play and no threat of attack
How many of those players were brought in for squad depth and how many had their value tripled in the transfer market because the club is run by monkeys?
The truth is this manager is taking the fall for everything. The same things people have blamed the board for they’ve suddenly switched and blamed him. Players have made individual mistakes in games, thrown away good results and the manager gets the blame. Stop saying trust the process when the process doesn’t look how you want/think it should go. Get the right people above him, get the right players in and out of the squad and then we can judge him. Are there things he should’ve done better with this season - yes, but football fans like to oversimplify things way too much when they don’t understand the day to day complexities of manager managing a team.
I can't help but think we are on the precipice of something huge. Eth has the fergie factor, ffs have a little faith and patience. If we listened to the fan base we would NEVER had fergie. Think the fuck about that
Ole says in the podcast with Neville that after coming 2nd, switching from counter attacking style to possession based style was important to even think of going toe to toe with City, and thats where he failed last season. Ten Hag was effectively brought to do exactly that- take that next step of implementing possession style. He could have switched to counter attacking this season and salvaged the season somewhat, but even at its best, we would come 4th. And then we will waste the next season again trying to force this style.. Now we have atleast 7 or 8 players in our team who have gone through this style for a season and are functional to somewhat good. Once we sign better defenders we can confidently go in next season with better expectations even if we're not in Europe for the year
Fully fit staring XI, united is not top four. Arsenal, City, Liverpool, Villa, Newcastle, Tottenham, and Chelsea have better healthy XIs. You guys are so delusional with the current squad you have.
You both forgot the other huge impact of the keeper Onana.. he has been awful for most of the season let's be honest, Individual errors have also cost United big time ! I can't remember another season where they have made so many.
I too can’t believe how we are not talking more about Onana. I have tried being patient but he is (i’m sure) the worst keeper i have seen play actively. He is insanely slow, reactions slow, handling bad, insecure and can’t dive. Positioning could have help in lack of diving abilities but that too is horrendous. The amount of times i’ve seen Onana planting his feet and just watchinh the ball curl in the net is above 10+ times. Don’t get it.
@@IceColdMoet agree.. I believe it had a huge destabilising effect on the players and that was even before the injuries hit the squad. Ten Hags worst decision was replacing David with Onana.
Part of the problem I think is that EtH believes that if he set us up to shore up defence will be even more crap at creating and he doesn’t know how to get our players who are clearly less fit and worse on the ball than most other squads to execute that effectively
I think the huge list of issues he has had does excuse him. It gives him the right to expect a season at least with a structure behind him and a say in getting rid of bad players aswell.
My whole issue with the injury excuse is if you’re going to use it. Game by game less assess the injury levels of the opponent. For example vs Palace they were also playing a midfielder in defence due to injury. Bruno was missing but so is Docucure

When everyone was back from injury we had good run of games where we did look good, but then they got injured again and back to this. Just need next season asap.
1974 was the year United were relegated. Their stats for that year were: Won 10, Drawn 12, Lost 20, Goals For 38, Goals Against 48. Almost a full circle, this is the legacy of 18 years of the Glazers as no other owners would have-mis managed United as they have.
Hit the nail on the head. Last season we didn't play the style/formation ETH ideally wanted, but it worked. He swapped it all round this season it hasn't worked, and even despite injuries he hasn't swapped back to the style that we know works. That's where the blame is on him as well as the players, and it's one thing I'll give in favour of the players.
Ole says in the podcast with Neville that after coming 2nd, switching from counter attacking style to possession based style was important to even think of going toe to toe with City, and thats where he failed last season. Let’s carry on with Sunak as PM because we don’t want to carry on flip flopping….there’s so many hard working folk waiting for an opportunity, do your research and hire the right people
Nothing will improve until they bin many of these players. These are the same players that complained about the influence of McKenna , who has proven he is a class manager and coach.
You guys touched on a lot of good points but as usual with you paddock lot, you spoke about everything else that has gone wrong ie: tacticsc, court cases, injuries EXCEPT the elephant in the room: these players doing to Erik what they do to every other gaffer. ten Hag didn't just forget how to coach in one season.
Everyone associated with the club must unite and work tirelessly to secure victory in the FA Cup. This includes Wilcox and Blanc, as well as Ashworth, former players, and everyone else involved. Only through such collective effort can we achieve our goal. Let us involve the players in tactical discussions and seek their input. Questions regarding past failures can be addressed after the match.
It's defo more about injuries and bottling it in game when we should've controlled the last 20 mins or so rather than Ten Haag. 1 win in 8 and that was against Sheff Utd tells the whole story. If we'd won 3 or 4 of those and we're in the push for top 4! We can get rid of the manager or we can finally get rid of the shit in the squad and let the rest know they're here but better fucking buck up their ideas??
The only good performances you've mentioned there were had Martinez and Shaw. I knew our season was done when they only lasted a couple games, thought there was no chance get top 4. I never expected us to have gotten to a final after that.
Last season we played rubbish and escaped so many time with a moment of individual brilliance or blind luck with a deflection goal. Our squad is heavily suited to counterattack football with a coach who doesn’t play that style so we are a dogs breakfast again this season without the “moments” and to make matters worse, we’ve had a bad season of injuries. Manchester United cannot be a counterattack team. The only way out of this situation is to get rid of the counterattack players first and see where we stand after that. Fingers crossed our new management team are able to identify the right type of players to get a proper assessment of ten hag.
Thats all i have on Ten Hag is that you look at someone on the bench for a few games (amrabat) and think, can he honestly not do better than what we are seeing? It was the same with sabitzer, at times with amad.
"City have got two squads" Seriously? Can you name them? Meanwhile, in the real world Guardiola rotates so much that everyone can play in 2-3 positions, resulting in more flexibility when suffering injuries.
Utd have injuries but they're still playing international or experienced premier league players, other clubs are playing kids from the academy that nobody has heard of.
I think most of it was Greenwood, always have. I remember a lot of the players unfollowing Greenwood on Instagram after the tapes came out. ETH was open to him coming back which I think caused splits in the team. There are clearly cliques in the team, and something like that is bound to cause issues. It didn't sit well with me, so I wouldn't blame the players if it was the issue.
I feel so bad for European footballers, the “offseason” is something like 3 weeks, enough time to pop to Ibiza and back; NFL/NBA/MLB players get like 5 months off in between seasons to just recharge and workout
Physicality and athleticism: Akanji, Ake and Gavrdol, Saliba And Gabriel, Virgil and Konaté, Torres and Konsa, van de Ven and Romero. Now compare these defenders with the defenders we have at United, Martinez has been injured for the whole season Verane is mr glass. It makes sense that we are where we are
They lack cohesion, a strong player base of around 8 or 9 reliable players that know and feel eachothers movement. It's not even guess work, they can find eachother no problem. Once you have that you can start to add or subtract and play around with tactics. But I think to a point it's not there yet, you need a strong base to build from. If a youngster or someone new comes through they also will understand the shape and the structure of a team much more.
The sad thing is that it’s a simple but also a complex answer. The simple is that it’s 20 years of severe mismanagement and the owners not giving a toss at every single level of the club. It’s complex because if you say that to your average angry fan at a weekend, they don’t want to hear it, SURELY it’s something that we can change with a new manager? Or new players And so the argument goes back and forth, it’s the players! No it’s the coach! It’s actually harmful imo because it’s neither, we’ve had multiple coaches and actually multiple sets of players. Multiple top managers and top players come here and end up like shit. The entire house is rotten and it doesn’t matter how many pretty new bits of furniture we get.
Its like what Fergie used to say. In football, eight players - not 11 - win games, because everybody has off-days, the issue is this season the whole 11 has had off days.
The reason I am Ten Hag out is simple. He spent £86M on a useless, one dimensional player who wouldn’t make the bench of some American high school teams.
Even so, Antony clearly worked harder and was a better duo on the flank with AWB. Sancho has zero ground to stand on because he was, both, shit and lazy. Can't be both.
Ineos are still getting their people in. They've so far done absolutely nothing to help Ten Hag this season. No players in this January and not one in the club can feel safe, surely that will effect their performance. I'm not even sure how much power the people waiting to be replaced have. Maybe Ineos have put a leach on them while finding the right people and eventually getting them in.
What could ineos have done? They bought their share on Xmas eve. They couldn't bring anyone in because ten hag had already spent the budget. If we broke FFP we'd have been deducted points and be sat below west ham.
Agree - I just keep coming back to the Wolves game. I’ve watched a lot of football but that game was weird and it just never really changed. Overall, I think there comes a point when the only way to change culture is to change a lot of the people
The REAL problem is that the Best performing and the Best paid players in our team are not good enough to play for anyone else in the top 6. Sort that and everything sorts itself
Hfeat analysis. You also can't legislate for casemiro drop in form. Weve not a had a normal preseaso for years. In the fergie years fergie use to bunp tours abroad now we need to, to raise money. Your bang on about sancho steve.
Ste i fully agree but if we;'re on -3 now and loss 4-0 then we were on +1 before the game so its not that you didnt remember but you didnt check, its whole psychology of people's fixation on every detail of things when its bad
Getting a new manager in for one game isn’t the worst idea ever since there’s no transfer market on managers. Zidane in for one game and see how he likes it.
Quick question for man u fans. Did ten haag ever play sancho on right wing. Ive only ever seen him play on the left wing. Which i was taking to explain why he went back to dortmund and doing well again.
Why the heck aren't we talking about Andre Onana. It's on Ten Hag, yes. It's his signing but even Sir Alex made bad signings. Onana has costed us so much points this season. Probably would've been 5th with De Gea in place of Onana
You cope with given injury circumstances when you have squad depth at every option. There's a limit to how much a manager can do. 3 of Ten Hag's signings have been disasters: Antony, Mason Mount(injured for half the season), and bloody andre onana. Lisandro has been a massive success. Not to mention, Ten Hag has nurtured a great left winger in Garnacho! Give credit where credit is due.
I get we’re too open so tactics aren’t good but every team we play against they seem to have better athletes than us, faster, stronger, higher intensity, press better, always looks like men against boys, looks like United players don’t give a toss. Also something that annoys me our wide players are never looking for Hojlund! He’s just not gonna score goals so he’s just running around like a headless chicken.
City have 2 squads? They literally have the smallest squad year on year, Pep prefers 19/20 players. Yes his bench players are better, because he coaches them better, same with Liverpool, are Harvey Elliot, Curtis Jones, Endo (a combined 20m) and better midfield 3 talent wise than your back up 3 of Mctominay, Mount and Eriksen (55m and much higher wages)?
I’ll accept injuries have been a huge part, but the performances are abysmal, absolutely shocking, getting outplayed by everyone. Can’t even think of a game we have controlled for 20-30min, its chaos football with most of the poor performances from United than others
It's EtH and Glazers regime of rich mediocre players dictating when and how they play. Ferguson success was built in getting rid of the old culture. INEOS need to do the same.

This is not said enough.
I agree. For me our problems started when Andy Caroll injured Erikson in the Reading game. I felt that the performances after that were scrappy with a few important wins scraped (like the Caraboa final).
We've also missed Fred in the middle of the park this season. So we neither have control nor legs in midfield.
Can't remember the last time they finished the season well.
True. Rashy went off the boil after that and we limped over the line last season and were lucky to finish where we did. It’s not just a this season.
Because the Owners are crap, the coaches are crap. The manager is crap. The players are crap. Basically everything is crap. There’s no point in sugar coating anything. It’s all CRAP.
CR7 was right. Everything is rotten from top to bottom!
Don't forget the fans as they are the crappiest of the lot. 😂😂
Let's all laugh at scum.
I could tell casemiro had gone pre season. Jumping into tackles late, completely slow. I called it that he could cause problems this season if we're relying on him

@@THEremiXFACTORHe knows he's running out of time so he's getting desperate and delusional
Who are you going to swap Ten Hag with?... Not even pep could get this team a champions league spot
Exactly. It's ridiculous! It's clear this job is too big for him. We are the only team in both Epl and Championship with no style of play. I watch this team and I can't understand what they do in training at all! You'd think they round up drunks from a bar every match day to play.
I don't think it's delusion so much as worrying about completely losing a team of fragile egos ala what happened to Rangnick
Gentle reminder for Howson that the 90s were 30 years ago.
@@jaysparrow6631 true, but it does mean we're in for an awful run and if we finally get the exodus we need it's not easy to get enough new players in
@@ADHDean.indeed as it’s what is needed even though it’s not wanted as these deadwood players need to go first before the manager as once the players get on that pitch then the managers job is done but it’s also his job to make substitutes when a player is not performing to expectations and here’s the catch 22 it’s been impossible to implement that standard when there’s no proper backups due to injuries and that’s what’s killed our season.
Putting a lot of faith in ineos hardly turned their other football teams into mega teams.
Hojlund misses so many shots from crosses that are put into him that his conversion rate is skewed. He needs to start showing he can control a ball.
Wait...Hojlund gets crosses? It does depend on the quality of crosses as well though.
@@mikester4896 Even if you watch the game against Palace, he had several chances and missed the ball completely. And yes, he's had plenty of quality crosses all season that he's missed.

Crosses from who? It’s the lack of width and accurate crosses that we’re missing from players like Antony and Rashford.

Give Ten Hag the time Klopp and Arteta got. It's that simple. Until this squad are players _he_ wanted and _he_ is happy with he can't be judged too harshly.
Ten OUT 🏝️
I really think it's a simple question to answer. Injuries, tiredness, and a few players coming to the end of their career. Nowadays, we over analyse everything so much and put too much emphasis on the influence of managers and the tactics they use. 9 times out of 10, it's the best players in the best physical condition that win football matches.
Bringing Ole back for the final would be genius. He would live in Pep's head rent free the days before the game
No he wouldn't
We literally signed Hojlund while he was injured. Mount literally missed two months in 22/23. What are you even saying? 🤣
@@MrKajjaGG all players get injured at some point so mount missing 2 months last season doesn't make him injury prone. This day 2 years ago, we lost 4-0 to Brighton away under Rangnick which confirmed our worst Premier league season - ended overall on 58 points. 2 years later, we will potentially get even lower than that. Massive rebuild needed where everything has to be ripped apart.

The comparison between 2-3 big injuries in past seasons and the fucking 65 injuries this season just doesn’t wash.
Ten haag is no doubt a top coach but the MAIN thing is him not signing physical midfielders he can play in prem like ajax days schone and donny as midfielders we lose every midfield battle we play and that leads to shots on goals plzzz sign midfield legsssss
Thank you PSG for bumping up Sancho's price
Think the fuck about that
Ste is much more palatable in a 1on1
Why show Rashford when you started talking about injuries. He's not injured he's just shite.
Exactly!
I wonder if Joe still thinks ETH still knows something we don’t 🤣🤣
Joe is a saapi
Well, despite what we see, he probably does. Hence is being here, and ETH being there.
Part of the problem I think is that EtH believes that if he set us up to shore up defence will be even more crap at creating and he doesn’t know how to get our players who are clearly less fit and worse on the ball than most other squads to execute that effectively
If I'm ever in court can I request that Joe acts as my lawyer. I'm not sure he'll win my case but he'd never give up on me😂
Your podcast has quickly become one of my favorites. Always looking forward to the next episode!
I as a keen runner would suggest all these injuries reek of a team not training like the athletes they’re paid very well to be
I dont think ten haag is to blame fully, the players look like they dont want to be here. Start giving more of the unders 21's an oppertunity.
This is becoming a yearly segment about manchster united, "what went wrong", "what the h### happened", "crisis talks"

Not gonna repeat myself but this season was a none event after month one you could see it. The Clubs sale has been hanging for months now it's happening everything is up in the air at the Club and even Commercial Model. TIMES THEY ARE CHANGING
ETH is calling these players out in a very subtle but obvious way, we finally have a smart manager, back him
Hit the nail on the head.

Nothing will improve until they bin many of these players. These are the same players that complained about the influence of McKenna , who has proven he is a class manager and coach.
Sancho 1
Ten Hag 0
I can't counter agrue with anything said by Howson and Joe.
Spot on lads!
City have got two squads. Fucking bollocks mate. Smallest squad probably in the league.
The only good performances you've mentioned there were had Martinez and Shaw. I knew our season was done when they only lasted a couple games, thought there was no chance get top 4. I never expected us to have gotten to a final after that.
I said from pre season that we can't play from the back and some fans slagged me off.
Dan Gore was good in pre-season but never got a game?
Physicality and athleticism:
Akanji, Ake and Gavrdol,
Saliba And Gabriel,
Virgil and Konaté,
Torres and Konsa,
van de Ven and Romero.
Now compare these defenders with the defenders we have at United, Martinez has been injured for the whole season Verane is mr glass.
It makes sense that we are where we are
Sabitzer and sancho CL finalist not good enough for united 😂😂
Or new players
And so the argument goes back and forth, it’s the players!
Appreciate a bit of balance and avoiding repetition which is all everyone is doing at the moment on Twitter etc.
Pretty sure you said mkenna was shit, but now you say he was underrated
Its like what Fergie used to say. In football, eight players - not 11 - win games, because everybody has off-days, the issue is this season the whole 11 has had off days.
Maybe something between ten hag and Sancho happenend during pre season, much earlier than what we saw publicly.
The reason I am Ten Hag out is simple. He spent £86M on a useless, one dimensional player who wouldn’t make the bench of some American high school teams.
Ste: You are SO SO right. The Sancho - EtH drama was because of Antony. It is so obvious to see.
Overall, I think there comes a point when the only way to change culture is to change a lot of the people
such a good point about wolves. We literally played shocking in the first game
The REAL problem is that the Best performing and the Best paid players in our team are not good enough to play for anyone else in the top 6. Sort that and everything sorts itself
6 managers since fergie 1bn spent and no progress
Its amazing how these people continue to defend Ten Hag after every single mistake over two years,
but can't allow Greenwood a 2nd chance.
Clueless comment
You cope with given injury circumstances when you have squad depth at every option. There's a limit to how much a manager can do. 3 of Ten Hag's signings have been disasters: Antony, Mason Mount(injured for half the season), and bloody andre onana. Lisandro has been a massive success. Not to mention, Ten Hag has nurtured a great left winger in Garnacho! Give credit where credit is due.
Ideally, Ineos folks should take over the transfers department and Ten Hag should focus solely on coaching 1st team and U23s, which he is good at
Back the manager, our key players r quiet quitting
I get we’re too open so tactics aren’t good but every team we play against they seem to have better athletes than us, faster, stronger, higher intensity, press better, always looks like men against boys, looks like United players don’t give a toss.
Also something that annoys me our wide players are never looking for Hojlund! He’s just not gonna score goals so he’s just running around like a headless chicken.
STE is stuck in the past 😅 comparing 3 injuries in the past, to 65 injuries this year. Cumon you fans make this worse
