    starburst, fisheyes, and craters are user error. but the reality is youre going to have fuck up in the powder industry 10% of the time with known powder and potential for %50 or more with new powder you never used. THIS IS THE REASON ALL THE PEOPLE DOING THIS DO NOT CHARGE NEARRLLLLLY ENOUGH.

    i am experiencing issues with powder coating. I am using epoxy polyester powder, but it is showing signs of corrosion or poor adhesion, particularly at the edges please help me

      Sharp edges can be tricky to build mil thickness upon. However I do have a question, Is this an interior or exterior project? Epoxy powders need a clear to protect from UV, having another layer will also give you another chance an gaining more mil thickness on edges.

    Man im so frustrated with Black Chrome III, I am brand new to Powder Coating and just have a Cheap Harbour Freight gun and cheap walmart toaster oven..I had no problem with Orange, Gloss Black and Matt Black but I just can get the Black Chrome to look good :(
