Im noticing the UA is always lower than the KV. What would happen if you crank the UA so its higher than the KV?

In between coats are you baking ? Does metal have to be a certain temperature?

Yes, between layers you will need to partial cure the powder.
This means heating the part up until the powder flows out and then quits moving.
This is usually around when the part hits 300 degrees.

Hello friends, A question the configuration of Kv and Ua Can it affect the final finish? That is, it can have orange peel ?

I’m about to buy a powder coating machine. My plan is to be able to powder coat a fence panel.
I’m on a tight budget. I have seen a vevor (Chinese) machine that states 100kv 50W.
What the wattage responsible for? It also states 200ua. Is that a good spec? Obviously not a high end machine but I guess I could use it for a while until I can upgrade. Can you please give me a hint?
There is a 40w version too but I can’t get the difference.
    Thank you
