I have an 86 c10. Also have an 81 k10 that I drive daily. The video looks to be of a k10 since it’s a 4x4. None the less, beautiful truck and love them square body Chevys

Square body chevys we’re hands down the most badass trucks ever made, my dad had a ‘85 4x4 Chevy and we hauled wood out of good ole WV mountains all summer long for firewood in the winters we done that for years and never had the first bit of trouble out of it

Clean truck! Nice job on the detail as well! That truck is either a 1987 (fuel injection trim on the tailgate) it was the first year for TBI, or it’s a 1986 that someone has sourced a OEM trim piece and placed it in the correct spot. Either way, it’s a very nice K10/V10

Nice job, feel better. Geek note lol, the 4x4 would make it a K series 10/20/30. C was for the 2wd chassis. Custom Deluxe, Scottsdale, or Silverado would further delineate the trim level, this being the top with the brightwork and quad headlights.

The color is called Midnight Blue, Color Code 29...I have one just like this in factory new condition, with 36,496 original miles as of 07-31-2023. Factory Air, 5 Speed Manual Trans, Factory tilt steering wheel/coloum. I removed all the Mid Body Plastic Trim...My truck has the legendary GM Hounds Tooth cloth bucket seats, console and full carpeting...Full time 4 x 4, NP203 system was upgraded to a Part Time 4 x 4 akin to an NP205 Transfer Case with Warn Lock-O-Matic Hubs, so I can run 4 x 2 on road. Completely rebuilt 350 engine with 10:1 pistons and a mild performance cam with roller rockers and Holley Electronic Fuel Injection to replace the troublesome Quadrajet carb.....When you open the hood, it all appears to be a normal off the line Chevrolet engine, including the air induction system and air cleaner canister with factory cold air intake and "Keep Your GM Truck All GM" stickers and the famous Tonawanda Engine Plant sticker (Actually was produced at Tonawanda engine)....But wait till 'ya drive it....Has so much power, it's sick....And, gets 20 MPG. 3:73 Final gearing with 33 x 12.50-15 BFG All Terrain tires on the factory rallye wheels...It's a killer rod....

Hey MAD, do y’all have any tips on how to keep my truck clean underneath? I have an older (early 2000’s) truck as my daily, and the underneath is really clean and I want to keep it that way. In my state of West Virginia, we get somewhat snowy winters and they use salt on the roads and in afraid of it rusting. I was thinking of getting one of those undercarriage sprayers. What do y’all recommend? And any tips? Thanks man.

APC safe on Paint and Fabric? I know I know - Dilution. But I’ve never ever heard someone using APC on Paint, Seats or Carpets
I would use a dedicated Carpet cleaner or so

Yes it’s safe on everything. And company’s will try to sell you all these dedicated cleaners when in fact they are all the exact same.
