I was just comparing a VFD Twin skid to a stock 1.9 Wraith skid. It looks like it would bolt right up. It might even clear the 2.2 full interior. I'm going to mock it all up and see.
I'm pretty sure you can make the VFD fit the wraith. Inhave definitely read somewhere a few people have modified then to work. Thank you for watching and commenting. If you don't mind let us know what you come up with in the comments if you can.
@RcDungeon I did some tinkering, and for sure, a regular VFD would slip in no modifications. The Twin would require floor clearance on the driver's side to clear the OD shifter. I have access to a small vacuum forming machine. I might try and replicate the floor with the clearance added into the buck. A little cut and weld to the BPC chassis brace with the servo moved up front, and it might actually work out. Only down side I see is that you might not be able to run a forward battery mount. Definitely can't run the stock 1.9 receiver box/ servo mount. I'm not going to do the swap on my current project, but I do have a Spawn sitting on the shelf collecting dust.

No I don't unfortunately I was looking at those though when I was building this one. I would highly recommend really going through them making sure gear mesh and tolerance are correct and make sure you loctitr them all together and grease appropriately for sure. I've read lot of hit and miss on the knockoff stuff some are good some are so so. These axles are actually decent the steering angle isn't great and some modifications are needed but for the price they are decent enough. If I were to go back and do build I'd have went with the SSD Diamond housing with the Axial gears inside though less hassle. Thanks for watching and commenting
