If you don’t know, cloutiful was a promising Top osu! Player that rose through the ranks insanely quickly. Recently he has been popping off, farming the map snow goose mapped by Sytho. Not only did he set a 1482 pp play which was his top play at the time. But he also choked 2000pp, yes that’s right. A milestone that would’ve changed the game forever…
But it all just seemed too good to be true and that's when suspicion started to arise. This is "How The Rank 3 osu! Player Got Caught Cheating", also SpaceUK osu! version.

Honestly Cloutiful should of never been able to get to that stage in the first place the OSU team needs to do more to detect this sort of crap before it becomes a problem now will most likely see a ban wave of DKS abusers predicting in the 100s.
@@skitzo2374 to be fair, there's not really any way for the osu client to detect whether or not a player is abusing a feature like that. that and the fact that no one really expected that DKS could be abused in this manner. now that cloutiful has been outed, wooting had officially made an announcement talking about how they're going to fix the exploit at some point, to which im happy about

your research was wrong 4:22 . He didn't get hacked that was just speculation and he deleted his social medias himself. Also, for the liveplay matter, the clock wouldn't matter as he isn't accused of time warp.
It was not a necessity, but one could critise to leave out a clock after accusations, considering that it's the norm to do this.

In my opinion, if you don't think wooting's rapid trigger function is cheating, then this isn't cheating either. Most people do not understand the method that was being used here.
What he did was, he made it so that when the Z key was released, that would register a Z in the game.
Then he made it so that when the X key was pressed, that would register a X in the game.
This means, if you pressed both Z and X at the same time on your keyboard, then released them both at the same time, an X would be registered during the press motion, and a Z would be registered during the release motion. People claim that this is an "unfair advantage", but isn't rapid trigger an unfair advantage too?
Yeah except he sets the Z key to deactivate after 63ms. If he just left it at "Z activates upon release" and "X activates upon key press", that would mean leaving the Z key untouched would technically work the same as the X key being held down. This playstyle wouldn't work because just holding down a key would still click the slidercircles too early.
Cloutiful basically just circumvented this by setting the Z key to deactivate after 63ms via the DKS feature, enabling him to doubletap while still maintaining accuracy due to the alternate timing as a result of reversing the activation point, and while also preventing the consequences of reversing it. That's where the problem lies.

normally in osu, to hit streams you have to alternate between z and x, but cloutiful modified his x key, making it only activate when he lifts up from it. Combined with his vibration technique, this allows him to easily pull off super accurate streams, which to the osu! community is an unfair advantage

Theres a mouse brand named "bloody" that has software to remove spray patterns in games like csgo or rust (bannable) but its not cheat guys its just software for my mouse! It does not matter if its software for the hardware cheat is a cheat and in osu! macros happen to be cheating.
