Honestly Cloutiful should of never been able to get to that stage in the first place the OSU team needs to do more to detect this sort of crap before it becomes a problem now will most likely see a ban wave of DKS abusers predicting in the 100s.

I'd point you to wooting's reply, but I am lazy, so essentially: tapping 2 buttons at once is easier than pressing them alternatingly. usually for double tapping you get punished by the accuracy drop But using DKS allows to change "physical" double tapping into "digital" alternating presses, thus making the game a lot easier.
