On 26 and 27 October, the Asser Institute hosted the 2023 edition of the International Sports Law Journal (ISLJ) Conference, welcome Prof. Silvia Camporesi (University of Vienna and King’s College London), who delivered a keynote lecture focusing on the Semenya decision of the European Court of Human Rights and the participation of transgender athletes in female competitions.
