    Great. Thanks a lot Doctor Sahib. I act upon your advice regarding knee pain and got 100 per cent result. I reduced weight, controlled my diet and doing regular exercises / yoga /walk.

    Really, it's great workouts for knee pain. One thing Dr,please suggest me for Osteoarthritus knee pain exercise. With high regards. Myself patient of OA in both of my knees.

    Am 70 managing BP excellently by Losar 50 and simple life style. Breakfast with oats, tone milk and one small banana. Also I facing knee pain at starting stage. Please advise me banana which am taking for potassium can be continued even with knee pain. I had consulted 20 years ago in your Delhi clinic.

    dont rotate your knees!!!!....its a hinje joint....rest exercises make sense

    Hello Dr. Saheb thank you so much for your knowledge and the person who showed us knees exercises for his time 🙏😊
    My question in I am 50and up years I have combination of few things Lupus,R.Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and recently diagnosis osteoarthritis
    My lumber spine (.very bad curve) is very bad
    Dr. Are saying there is narrow gel is not much for passing veins and I am have front thighs all the time in pain walking is difficult but I push my self and walk still working and I do lots of movements but lately my knees are killing me I have taken steroid injections but one knee is very bad
    I saw these exercises and have started
    Can you kindly give me your opinion plz what shall I do
    Also Dr. Suggest for gel in knee but I am not ready
    Last time he gave me injection in my back lamber and didn’t work and got nerve damage in my left leg 🦵 and now I am not walking as normal
    I was very active doing my treadmill lots of exercises up and down stairs step but now I can’t
    So I have gain weight too

    MY NOTE IS VERY BIG BECAUSE OF LOTS OF ISSUES

    Me 35 Year ki hu mere knee me bahot pain he. Chalna, sona bhi muskil he sidha hi sona padta he koi bhi taraf mudo to bahot pain hota he, Doctor ka kahena he ki ghutno ki gadi ghisi he kya me thik ho sakti hu

    I hv seen yr video on knee exercise. I hv osteoporosis and 68 yrs. old. Can i do these exercises? For pillow exercise, can i use knee press ball? and do with the ball both knees separately. Waiting for yr early reply...Neeraja

    Dear Dr. I saw yr exercise for knee. Little confusion counting the no.of repetations. For example ankle bending up and down is it once up and down counted as 1 time? Or ankle rotation clockwise and anti clockwise is counted as one time? .. Can u please highlight on the above points at earliest?..Neeraja

    sir I am 25 year 6 month Age
    I have sports injury of
    my meniscus tear grade 2
    and condomelesia grade 3 from last 1.5 year.... pain increase day by day... from 1.5 year.. and one thigh is weak day by day 2cm in diameter accordingly other leg
    please suggest right solution

    sir mere papa Ka angiography huaa hai or o abhi bhi hospital me admitte hai .report me jisme 3 blockage Show kar RHA hai 2 blockage 99 % hai 1 pura 90% hai to sir unhone isme 3 stent lagane ko kaha hai or hamara budget itnaa nhi Dr. ne kaha hai Ki jald karwao 1 percent chance hai bachne k plzzzzz suggest sir or ye report mene or Bhi Dr. ko dikhaayi to unhone kaha that Ki Bypass Surgery k liye but yaha Dr. or hi kuchh keh rhe hai
