For the BF/GF scenario, a 50/50 split in that scenario is absurd; it should be roughly proportional to income. As far as the GF’s family income, is she is a rich trust fund baby, or are they just well off like on the BF’s level? If it’s not a crazy amount of money, it shouldn’t matter here.
