I chose unlimited first because I want to use it in costco. But I have to say, I love all the protections and peace in mind the flex can provide.

That's a great point with costco and Visa!

I probably change from the unlimited to the flex for the quarterly categories. For Costco if I ever become a member, I use the Amazon prime card, which is a visa. I can always get the unlimited again later on when I’m out of 5/24 jail. Also, I’ll try to see about getting a sapphire, preferred card and complete the trifecta.

Hi am I too late for the freedom flex, chase is telling me I’m pre approved for all kinds of credit cards? But I’m kind of considering the unlimited because of this whole quarterly thing for the flex, and I believe the grocery one has expired already, and it’ll soon be July. What should I do, I was mostly gonna use this credit main purposes for groceries or Uber or lyft maybe restaurants too dining too. 🤷‍♂️ a response would be Helpful.
Edit I already have a W.F. Credit card that has 2%cash back

If there's availability! I believe with Virgin, sometimes you have to call in to book certain spots, but remember to check that it exists first and put it on hold!

My rent and my phone is paid ahead to August to maximize spend. I wish Chase would give a little more on groceries such as 2% on these cards and I would get rid of the soon to have a higher af gold card.

    • @KevinYang

Yeah groceries is historically a low point with Chase, other than maybe the online groceries on the CSP. Frontloading spend is such a major strategy for maximizing these!
