Went to all four of the main islands within the past year and a half and I would say my ranking is:
1. KAUAI
2. MAUI (probably #1 if all of the Lahaina area wasn’t lost in the fires)
3. Big Island, Hilo side is less crowded and closer to Volcano National Park
4. Oahu, this was the first island we went to and by far our least favorite. Diamond Head is great and parts of the north shore were pretty cool but be prepared to sit in lots of highway traffic if you’re venturing out from your hotel
My wife and I had an amazing time in Kauai last month, definitely try the kauai garlic shrimp and churro french toast at “Wake Up Delicious”
Hi Brandon, Great video! Barclays is a royal pain this the you know what! Lol. It took forever for me to get the Wyndham Business Earners card! I have an 828 Fico score and a 76 Experian Business scaled out of 100. I had to upload so much crap to them that I was ready to pull the plug. Finally I got the card and it comes with great perks , but their “back office” department blows! I had to actually fax the documents! Insane! I’m so sorry you went through the drama! Thanks for the info! I really appreciate it!
Thanks for sharing this. It was a ridiculous process, but it ended up working out thankfully. Not sure why they make it so difficult.

The design of the Hawaiian airlines credit card is that the design is The maile lei which is used in the traditional Hawaiian ceremonies and weddings

This probably isn’t a long term card for me. However, I need miles and this card fits the bill with the elevated offer.

Just consider them love letters from Barclays. They just cant stop sending them out.
When on your flight they will be offering the personal card. Just make any purchase and you will get 70k miles. Just 1 purchase of any amount. Best ROI for a card as long as you have the 5/24 slot.
I’ll be flying out next year. Long flights. Plenty of time to see if that offer would be a good fit for us.
I had to do this dor my biz earner card. I just faxed all that info. I had to resend it again. Took about 1 month and finally approved for 1k spend lmao😂
My credit limit was $1000. My other Barclays cards are pretty high. Not this one.
I have had the card for about a year. I really don’t care for it. You don’t even get a free suitcase when you book a flight. But I do use the card. I don’t know how long I will keep it.
Good points. Like I said in the video the benefits are average at best. Nothing too exciting. This is literally a welcome offer card for me and that’s it.
Brandon nobody seems to be covering iOS 17 removed the limit to the number of cards you can store in Apple Wallet. My sock drawer will never be the same. I think this is weekly update worthy.

Do any Barclays cards waive the annual fee for military members?
Great question. To my knowledge there are none form Barclays. Check with Chase, Amex, Citi, and US Bank. They have specific policies for active duty and military veterans. Lots of great card options with the annual fee waived.
I think the consumer version is way better. It's more colorful, 50% off companion, two free checked bags, and the $100 annual companion discount

There’s lots of speculation. Lots of truth. Nothing is moving yet though. I’ve had my eye on it for months now. When something a little more concrete materializes I’ll break it down. Right now it’s just being used as a negotiating tool. Lots of steps to go before it gets a signature from the White House. Thanks for bringing it up though. Definitely worth following.
