@@XRayAutomation Hi, does the attaching file feature attach a specific file or point to a location where a file is stored? I want to send a recurring email where the contents of the email stay the same but the attachment is updated automatically. Thank you.
No, that’s not a setting unfortunately. But, you could set a filter inside the automation to stop it if “today” is before/after a specific date. So the automation would still run & be “on”, it would just stop due to the date filter.
@@XRayAutomation yea I'm also trying to do a scheduled email 'every 3rd Friday of each month" - which isn't so straight forward. I assume you need to dive into conditions and expression, which is a bit beyond me.
Excellent instruction, and well-presented with no delay!
Glad it was helpful!
Wondering if anyone has made a condition where you can send daily reminders to team excluding holidays by date? I'd appreciate any help!
Hi. Everything works great for me except that it's not letting me connect my work outlook. Is there a workaround for this?
That might require your Microsoft Admin’s permission. Try asking your system admin , once it’s enabled for your organization, you should be all set!
How do you attach a word or excel document to this automation?
Hey! Just check the settings, you should find an option to attach Word or Excel files. If you’re stuck, hit me up!

Can u do this with the desktop version
Yes you can, you may need something with a connector but it can be done.
I can't see the yearly option, is there 1 for this?
Try 365.25 days instead!
great video but i dont see Power Automate app in my outlook ....any help will be much appreciated. Thanks !!!
Thanks for watching! I appreciate you liked it! Sometimes those apps like to play coy. Have you checked your Outlook settings?
@@XRayAutomation No. what should I look for in the settings ?
Can you schedule it to turn off at a specific date? Without having to go into the app and manually turn it off?

How can set it to bi-weekly ?
Try doing a 14 day schedule instead: share.cleanshot.com/kL20k2Xv
