- Since I heat my 150l geyser via the Smart Load
output of my Deye inverter (excess solar),
I needed a beter way to manage the heat.
The geyser's own thermostat can be set to max (around 70°C)
Excess solar, after the battery is charged, will heat the geyser.
When it's cloudy, the grid must heat the geyser.
I wanted to take the guess work out.
It will only use grid power at certain times of the day
when the temperature is lower than required.
I now have the ability to customize time of day and temperature required.
Are you able to download the history using that arrow in the top right corner of the history? What format does the history download in?
Date, Time, temp., humidity, %RH
[I don't measure the last 2]
In CSV (Excel file format)
Can then share from your phone
Hi, have you tried to send the temperature to the Sonoff NSpanel Pro?
Don't know it, no...
Great video, can this work for a solar geyser?
1. If the temp probe can be alstuck on where the heat of the water can be measured.
2. It then provides a relay for any power to be switched on/off via a combo of time & temp.
Thanks sir what putty glue was used?

Sorry for the late reply.
I don't think so.
You would need to access a spot on the geyser that is hot to stick the probe onto
Boer maak 'n plan! Clever my friend. Congratulations. We need innovators like you!
