I was doing lucid dream almost everyday back in 2015-2016, it was fun until i started having sleep paralysis so i stopped because sleep paralysis is scary af.
Another lucid dream I had was when I got fed up of being chased by a cloaked figure with glowing red eyes, and the theme that had reoccured for years. It was evil, and it always knew where i was. I was giving a speech in this verion of the dream, realized I forgot my notes and had to get them. In a dark hallway was that figure. Fed up of running, I approached the figure this time. He stepped into the light and took off his cloak, revealing he was a young man. He became tearful, reached out, and hugged me, thanking me emotionally that i didn’t run away this time. I guess all these years he was frustrated with me running away from him as i was with him chasing me. How my dreams work is that i can only control my actions and work within the physics of the dream. This guy's reaction surprised me as it was unexpected.
I enjoy lucid dreaming, I have been doing it since I was a teen. I also became a sleepwalker as an adult in my late 30's and when in my 40's I slept walked for the last time as I fell and broke my back and I have no memory of the fall or getting back in bed. I woke up the next day and couldn't walk and ended up with 3 major back surgeries and now I'm in a wheelchair. Talk about a real life nightmare.
Lucid dreaming has always sounded super cool to me. I've made many attempts to do it in my life. But with no success, at least not doing it on purpose. I have done it by accident a handful of times however. Two of those times I remember for sure I was actually able to control the dream without waking up. The most recent time for me was a little over a week ago, which was actually the first time in years. I dreamed that I was standing in my grandmother's kitchen and she was standing at the stove cooking. Somehow I realized I was dreaming, I ran up to her and gave her a hug and a kiss. But as soon as I started trying to talk to her my alarm went off, I shut the alarm off and desperately tried to go right back into the same dream. Unfortunately though it just didn't work out, and for those of you who can't guess based on the rest of my comment she passed away several years ago..
I control EVERYTHING in my dreams. Most of the time I go with the flow of what my brain gives me as a plot, but rarely have to intervene. But every time I dream, I know. I am able to shapeshift my dreams, create new worlds. I once actually managed to change the era of history and time to where everyone and my surroundings looked like is was in the 40s, it was nuts. I also changed an entire color scheme of Tokyo in my dreams to be black and white and very comic-ish. I love sleeping and dreaming because of it.
I want to lucid dream so bad I started paracticing 2 months ago and I only had 1 lucid dreams I can’t Eve; control it I only realized I’m in a dream please help 😭😭😭😭😭
A step that helped me was wondering why I was being chased upon waking up. If you can, see if you can get to a point in your dream that you just get fed up of running and decide to face the monster. Sometimes the monster is mean, sometimes it fades away, another time I even had one hug me and thank me for not running from him that time.
I lucid dreamt once before unintentionally. It was oddest feeling...my surroundings felt real but almost animated. There was a tornado that appeared in my dream and I attempted to control it but it became too large. It scared me and woke me up. It was a very interesting experience!
One time I had this in a tornado dream. The dream argued with me trying to tell me I cannot do this and cannot control the weather. It did work, partially. The tornado faded away, but the sky remained cloudy. Most of the time I can't remove tornados, but I can choose not to fear them.
Ive been a lucid dreamer since i was a toddler. I think i naturally learned to do it to deal with trauma , the only thing i can't lucid dream out of are night terrors which i still have occasionally at over 40. Try explaining to your partner why you wake up screaming at full force, terrified and flailing. But most of the time a dream starts turning dark and you change it and then you have a choose your own adventure
I’ve lucid-dreamed, but never intentionally. In one, I made it a point to note how real everything seemed. A sofa felt fluffy, the floor felt as real as it does in real life, etc. Dreams seem exactly like waking reality does. You may remember some dreams you’ve had, but you don’t remember how real they seemed.
I am only 14 and have been lucid dreaming at will for years Every dream I have ever had is a lucid dream, I can even change how the dream starts by listening to specific audiobooks before sleeping, etc marvel comics, harry potter, and I can just completely alter my entire dream at complete will I am truly insane. I can do ANYTHING I can control people, do magic, play video games, eat snacks and sweets for hours and feel how satisfying it is, I can even make it feel like I'm in a dream for multiple days, even I am not sure how I do this It is truly astonishing
Imagine a world where everyone instead of surviving off of pills and coffee live off of 10h of sleep, going outside regularly and exercising at least every week
I knew I was lucid dreaming when the police came to my door( in my dream) and I needed to think one a way to get them to leave. So I thought about how they do in movies and I told them I would kms if I didn’t leave. Turns out they were just trying to tell me my driveway was being paved😭 I vividly remember making myself think while I was sleeping and controlling the words I said in the dream
For some reason i only lucid dream now. I dont remember how or when this all happened but i dont remember how normal dreaming feels like anymore. I always have control of myself in my dreams. Its almost like playing a video game and im the main character. You cant control every aspect of your dream but you can control yourself. I can also think in my dreams too and act accordingly.
My lucid dreams are the most vivid when I’m trying to stay up to get ready for work. I’ll wake up to early and not be tired until like 10 minutes before having to get back up. I’ll just barely fall asleep for those few minutes and have crazy long lucid dreams.
Literally all my dreams are lucid. I’m very aware I’m in a dream and can recall a lot of what happened. A handful of them I’ve been able to walk around an interact with my dream but most of them I’m just on autopilot and can tell I’m dreaming.
My usual luck when I become lucid and try to change the outcome or make decisions to change the narrative, the dream will reset itself and repeat as if it desires total control. I can make decisions within the set rules of the dream though. I recognize certain patterns to get unstuck from some loops.
I have mastered the art of lucid dreaming as I have multiple each night every night due to a sleeping medication I take. This is amazing for me as I used to struggle with quite severe insomnia. Now sleeping is easy & beyond fun.
I've heard that hypnic jerks happen because our heart rate sometimes drops too fast when we're asleep, so our brain will send out a message to our muscles to contract to make sure we're still alive
I am an experienced lucid dreamer, and developed it as a result of constant night terrors (sleep paralysis). I'd have them 25 percent of the time So far I have learned how to manipulate certain aspects, but I am far from being Neo in The Matrix, as it were. The ones I hate most are when my abusive parents make a cameo. Great fun.
Night terrors and sleep paralysis aren't the same thing. Sleep paralysis is being awake while your body is paralyzed. Night terrors is acting out your nightmares while you're supposed to be paralyzed
@@woodworkingandepoxy643ya I had it happened once and scared me to death I was awake but couldn't move and started hallucinating / dreaming while being awake.
I understand what you mean, I’m the same. Been doing it for 25 years. I have almost full control, until I start to wake up and have that demon show up. I also had night terrors as a child.. go figure.
In China they do open heart surgery with a needle in the earlobe, with no other anesthetic , with the the patient totally awake, watching what's happening, with NO pain. How about that. No drug pushers there ! 😮 Ancient knowledge we don't use. Why ? Take a wild guess. !
I use to write a dream diary in an effort to practice lucid dreaming. Which I was succesfull. I wrote them and they are still in my computer as notes file.
Same. Oddly enough, starting to write one made me remember my dreams to the point I started to lucid dream. The process was very interesting. When I stopped writing the diary the memory of my dreams faded to the point of immediately forgetting them when waking up.
@@Yawnz2 Same. When i was young i write everyday and always go lucid dreaming. Now I rarely have one. Just 2 nights ago however, i had a lucid dream flying to japan at night time.
Many US prisons have barracks-like open dorms where 60 people sleep on bunk beds in a single room not much bigger than a single family house. There is rarely more than 3ft separating individuals, and since Covid, many prisons no longer have enough staff to allow outdoor activities.
Man I have lucid dreams almost every night. I'm not trying to at all and everytime I realize it I forcefully wake myself which I've learned usually happens when trying to inflict pain/injury to myself in the dream ie jumping from really high up usually. I don't know why I do this but everytime my first thought is to wake up and I never get good sleep. I probably need to see a Dr. And no the thought of hurting myself when I'm awake never crosses my mind no matter how bad my days can be. This has been going on for years now.
I had certain nightmare it was scary dirst and second time... but i remembered vividly everyhting when i woke up... than i had it another 2 nights ... and i was fully aware, it was like : Welp, here we go again... After i literally TOLD "thing" that was chasing me to F Off ... well... it f off and i never dreamed it again. TBH i never had another nightmare. Now i only remember that there was something spilled on the ground that made me freeze in place and unable to turn back. With rising sensation of something closing behind. After i knew it was a dream i just "decided" that this wont freeze me.
Exactly i always gain awareness when I'm in a dream after lucid dreaming it always feels like I gain memories of the dream and what the plot is and i always feel like i can wake up when things get out of hand
I’ve always lucid dreamed. When I learned what it was, I was confused bevause tnars always been normal for me. I can control my dreams and I’m always aware when I am dreaming. If I have a nightmare, I can change the narrative. Irs crazy that that’s not what everyone can do

So let me get this straight: The title and thumbnail of this video suggests how to lucid dream in 3 minutes, which needs to be explained in a four hour video...?
I tend to have lucid dreams after my pets interrupt my sleep at night. Whenever I lucid dream I love to smash glass things at malls or do pervy things. 90% of the time though it’s tornados or horrible anxiety dreams
Wrong real lucid Dreamers will recognise that the moment you become lucid everything becomes real life in terms of HD quality everything makes sense you are in a place that doesn't have anything of what your mind is creating is a real a real rendering from what you normally would expect if you're awake because that's what you're basically are doing the body is in in a state of confusion and it thinks that you are awake and now is and this confusion state is only lived for a couple of minutes that's why you would never get to be able to experience a lucid dream more than a couple of minutes if you're lucky because you either wake up from the entire experience because of your exhilaration are you at the turning back into a more deeper sleep Stadium so I can save it all certainty that's whatever the did the nonsense is with steering your dream with that you are able to go and dream up whatever you want there is something about a fake lucid dream and there is a nail and a real one a fake lucid dream is that you dream that you think you have a lucid dream but that you are not really you're not really lucid I think the guy here must be doing some more research because everything is as real as it can be in a dream you can you can be sure to be experiencing everything as you would see it in real
It’s saying that it’ll take 3 minutes to get to your lucid dream, it takes longer to explain how to do it! Also the title has more words in it if you look!

>make it 4 and a half hours long
Swear I thought the same thing the exact time this video popped up on my time line. How is that not the most liked comment?
@@leonowski9Because it’s not about how long it’s going take to explain the lucid dreaming, it’s referring to time it takes to get from going to sleep till you start dreaming with some control. Also the title clearly states that there is more to the video!
My lucid dreams are always scary, and depressing, but I enjoy them
I didn't even realise that this is 4 hours long
Nice video!
am i the only one who lucid dreams every time i have a dream? and i don’t even intentionally try to bring them on?
4hrs for a 3min activity 🔥
I did this wen I was 19 and went to jail for my first time. I tell you what I couldn't wait to go to bed bcuz I had the best dreams lol sounds silly but it's true for me
*Philippians 1:18*
But what does it matter? The important thing is that in every way, whether from *FALSE* motives or true, Christ is preached. And because of this I rejoice. Yes, and I will continue to rejoice

Lucid dreaming is cool and all. However, waking up exhausted isn't worth doing it often.
*Romans 3:7*
For if the truth of God has increased through my *LIE* to His glory, why am I also still judged as a sinner?

Try cheese just before bed totally different dreams trust me you’ll never do it again really scary dreams always scary
Hi
*Luke 14:26*
If anyone comes to me and does not hate father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters-yes, even their own life-such a person cannot be my disciple

Why ?
@@philippel.9086 cause Jesus said so
@@Leyla_Bat_Murrah I was asking why would you comment that on the video ?
I don't like to dream, the most pleasurable sleeping is Time skip sleeping EH
I stayed awake for 7 days once had no hallucinations but don’t arecommend it 😂
22:20 Is that his arm? 😂
Anyone else watching this video as they’re about to fall asleep?
YO!
Are you not supposed to be able to control your dreams?
That's when you send your kid to a school out of state. Unfortunately not everyone can do this I know. But send your kid if you can afford.
If you wonder whether or not you’re dreaming, that’s the test. You’re dreaming.
Step 1 to lucid dreaming. Smoke weed before bed.
somniphobia sounds like something Evan Afton would have lol
Putting out soo many videos per day because 90% are recycled and/or regurgitated videos/info
I love it when i lucid dream, i feel like god when i start using my imagination.
thumbnail: how to in 3 mins
video: over 4 hours long.
OKAY 🙄
It’s accurate though!
I still see your shadows in my room-
I've always been able to control my dream
So let me get this straight: The title and thumbnail of this video suggests how to lucid dream in 3 minutes, which needs to be explained in a four hour video...?
We all know what we gonna dream about 💀💀
Bruh💀
Why is it 4hrs when title is 3mins
It has nothing to do with the length of the video.
🤣 jesus it's a 4 hour video didn't see that coming
you'd get to live the same life in your dreams, too(?)
4.5 hours is not quite 3 minutes, is it?
Should it be?
I tend to have lucid dreams after my pets interrupt my sleep at night. Whenever I lucid dream I love to smash glass things at malls or do pervy things. 90% of the time though it’s tornados or horrible anxiety dreams
Wtf u mean pervy things???

_How To Lucid Dream in Your Sleep In 3 Minutes_
Four and one-half hour video...
Just think about it a bit more!
"How to lucid dream in 3 minutes"
4 hours 31 minutes
And?
3 min takes 4 hours?
No, it’s not what is happening here!
I’m Initiating a bet you can’t finish this video without sleeping challenge.
Isn't there 7 stages of sleep? Stages of waking up.
Thumb nail says 3mins video is almost 5 hours lol
But it doesn’t mean that!
They should’ve at least made the video 7-8 hours. It looks all groggy being just 4 and a half hours long.
lol at least he paid someone to write it for him
How to lucide dream in 3 minutes... In an over 4h video ☠️
I get hypnic jerks every night 🥺😢😭😵💫
Title: Lucid dream in 3 mins!!
Video: 4+ hours long
Just… no!
How to lucid dream in 3 minutes presented in a four and a half hour video 😏
Did you not read All of the title? You know, the bit where it says “…And More Sleep Explanations (Compilation)?
Lucid dreams are dope... do whatever you want with no consequences. Makes real life seem lame
Finally a normal without war . Please stop the war videos it's really too much
later they will post about china invading the taiwan
The war videos are great! Beats everything on the news channels.
This account lost its way long time ago
Agreed all they do now is make the same content about Ukraine for views and half of the stuff they come out with is false 😂
You said 3 minutes. The video is 4 hours dude!!!!
It’s saying that it’ll take 3 minutes to get to your lucid dream, it takes longer to explain how to do it! Also the title has more words in it if you look!
