- There is no safe or approved recipe for canning pickled eggs. However, you can make as many pickled eggs as you would like, and they keep for a very long time. These are just delicious, and my family loves them.
Brine:
1 part water to 3 parts vinegar
Spices:
To taste, I used-
Salt, sugar, pepper corn, garlic, onion, dill, pickling spice, mustard seed, bay leaves, and pepper flakes.
