    Inspiring! Will try some of them. Not sure what the test was, but you are a good yoga instructor.

      preventing hunchback/forward head tilt is all about keeping upper body/rotator cuff/core strength AND rotational flexibility in the spine. most adults over 45 lose 2%/year and become irreversibly kyphotic if they don’t do this 3-4 x per week

      @@MissMoonshineDance my cervical spine is fused from c-4 on down (congenital). lumbar is crushed too, but will attempt some of these. p.s. 1:36 the sound of my core engaging.
