Its not just the moves but also a willingness to go beyond, literally everything and its possible. This aint no religion or church. Neither a conquest to missioneer anyone about anything, This is an individual thing between spirit and you. Just play with some energy and have fun, whatever you want to call it.

@@Kogirius sure. Thanks for asking! 1) get checked by a physician to be sure you are OK to do the movements. Magical passes are magical, not miraculous. 2) Avoid doing them in the open air and no isolation in the feet. Its a very romantic image to do them in a forest barefoot, but while doing them, the body absorbs energy, and there is some energy in the ground and in the flowing air we should not absorb. 3) Do them consciously. Not while listening to a podcast, watching TV, etc. Music is possible, but I recommend you to do them in silence for a long while, and when you get the feeling of it, your body will tell you if and what music is good to listen to while performing. 4) Practice is more important than the conditions of practice. Do whatever is at your reach. Only the vid? do it! You read the book Magical Passes? apply it! You can attend an online workshop from Cleargreen? That's great! You can attend a live seminar? That's magnificent! You can do the Tensegrity Facilitator's Training? That's amazing! 5) I recommend at least 20min a day, at least at the beginning. With time you might need less. 6) There is a profile in a social media who's logo is blue called Lin De. They come together every Sunday to practice online and participation is open. Interesting about the earth energy, it is usually recommended to get connected to the earth energy, get grounded, but whatever) can you bulletpoint a path to achieving moderate, but noticeable success with the system? A guideline. I am quite surprised that this practice can only take 20 minutes. Should it be done daily? At what time of day? When will I feel results, and what those results are? Will I feel energetic movement, or I shouldn't expect it until I am more advanced? How do I gauge my progress? Am I supposed to feel somewhat energized from the get go, or it's a much slower process, where I just need some faith and perseverance before I get rewards? Sorry for so many questions, if there is a modern, non-cryptic book you know, I will try to get it. Bless you.
In the book Magical Passes there are explanations that seem integral to know what the intent is for each movement, this video along with the book seems a good approach to learning these movements

Hidden in the long forms, is true magic. They have a purpose. They aren't random. But you have to learn to *see* energy to discover the purpose. And there are too many for one person to figure out. It'll be a pity if we don't recover that knowledge.

One of the practitioners in my weekly group brought his teenage son to one of our sessions and after about 10 minutes the teenager got wiped out and had to lie down in the back of the room because he had become very “dizzy”.

So don't anyone think these techniques are like all the other systems out there, where it's only pretending and no one ever learns. You can learn this! BUT you must force yourself absolutely silent. No internal dialogue at all. Not even 1 word in 2 minutes.

It is nice, though it has a lot of similarity to qigong,and works like it, actually the palms are always facing, this moves energy around the body which we all can feel. Why not ask Kylie Lundal and Rene Murez, they show tensegrity wonderfully. So I do not really see the similarity to tensegrity. Well, I´m not the expert.

Laugan (Nagual) Productions own the rights to Tensengrity, they are within their LEGAL right to ask for videos to be removed so they can keep selling a very expensive product (usd $50/month). You are correct though, from a Moral point of view, they are an absolute disgrace to Don Juan's concepts and teachings.

It's exciting to think there is magic in the world--and there may be--but there are a lot of unscrupulous people that will take advantage of naive people who WANT to believe.
