The pickpocket girl in this show is Korean Supermodel Hoyean Jung. This is her first time acting, and what a hell of a debut! Also y'all are correct, she bad as hell lmao
When Sangwoo was on the tub, he was gonna unalive himself. The smoke you see there is supposed to be toxic. Unfortunately it's a common way of unaliving yourself in Korea. 😩

Yup, that's the thing. The people who organize the Squid Games don't force anyone to do anything. They house them and feed them. If the majority of the players vote to leave they can do so at any time. Thing is, their ordinary lives are so horrible that the participants will choose to play on their own.
@UCrUQKVLENFG2goRTMlTi-lg if you lose you get eliminated, which means you die. If you break the rules or cause a ruckus you die. It's simple. Long as you follow the rules and act right they won't do anything.

Nothing better after a long boring and stressfull day at work, to see my favorite youtubers already having released yet another episode 😊 I don’t know how to explain it, but it always feels like coming home watching you guys😊 You can’t wait to see more of Squid Game…I can’t wait to see more of your reactions to it😊
I like the parallel to the way the military operates. A lot of recruiters prey on the poor and desperate and give them hope of money in exchange for signing their literal life away
I can't WAIT for you both to get to the really mind f*** part. Believe it or not, you haven't lol. Episode 6 was hard so I can't wait to hear your thoughts on it.
@@JD-sh5dt They already spoiled it by telling them there's something special to watch for. If people could just shut the hell up about future episodes in the comments that would be fantastic. But everyone just HAS to tell every reactor what episode they're gonna feel what type of way in, so we NEVER get a true blind reaction because they're always expecting something.
LOVEEEE yalls reactions as always. And also, in case yall havent figured it out yet When he was in the tub, he was trying to commit suicide. The brick on the oven is kinda like how ppl run their cars in garages, but it is different when you are poor/live in korea and don't have a vehicle. Mans wasn't just stressed, he was DONE.
Uncooked instant Ramen (or Ramyon) is a pretty common snack in korea. Hell, I'm german and even here that shit was a common snack we got from the store next to our school.
@14:48: Hey, not sure if you guys caught on, but he tried to kill himself in the bathtub from carbon monoxide poisoning, which was why he had the smoke on from the stove machine on the floor.
It's such a flex to just let them go. Now they know what it means to be "eliminated" from the game--since none of them asked. I imagine if someone had asked, they would have told them. The game makers know how desperate the people are.
Ya'll faces when you saw the prize money...and the moment I watched you think about backpedaling on what you JUST SAID about how it's "not worth it". 😂🤣🤣😂😂🤣 LOOK AT YOU...EXACTLY!
When I was in military school, that's how we ate ramen. Dry, with the soup mix sprinkled on. Or we poured hot water right in the bag, cuz having bowls was outta regulation.
I was thinking about it, and when old man was counting when they all woke up there were 456 players. That was before the contracts were presented and signed, and there were 456 players participating in red light green light, meaning that EVERY SINGLE PERSON brought into the game was already willing..
Not gonna lie before I got hooked on this show all I knew of it was the coming soon picture on Netflix all colourful, so I was with you, thinking it was some sort of splattoon, squid game type sh*t. 😂
I don't think anyone expected Player 1 to hit X. They've given us reasons for him to choose O but he didn't. And for the Squid Game writers to trick us like that, I wanna give them a pat in the back.
Many of them are facing prison, death or dismemberment anyway. It's a choice between a 1/201 chance of becoming a multi-millionaire and getting a new start vs going back to the way things were with little to no chance of fixing their problems. Gi-hun's gambling addiction is a result of his having failed so many times plus possible PTSD. Some people have referred to the players as abnormal or gambling addicts. They're not abnormal and they're beyond just being addicts. This is pure desperation. We learn in this episode that Sang-woo sees his only alternative to the game is suicide. Unlike Gi-hun, he can't even bring himself to face his mother, he's so ashamed. That's important going forward.
Looking forward to you guys reviewing the new Scream trailer that dropped Monday. And this gives me The Running Man vibes. Wait. Was that Stephen King, too? Are people out here lifting King's stories by changing them a little bit? Haha
Sang-Woo, the guy in the suit in the tub was in the process of killing himself by suffocating by carbon monoxide poisoning. It's unfortunately the most popular way to commit suicide in East Asian countries due to how easy and relatively pain-free the process is.
