I have the same plane and and I suggest you mount the flap control rods inside the wing and come out on the opposite side of the hinges. Otherwise the flaps will not be held well

New subscriber here. Not started my build yet - have to finish a Bonanza first. I am looking forward to follow your build - especially when its coming to the mounting of the EDF and thrust-tube. My setup is going to be a JP 120mm with 750 kv motor. 12S 7000 and JP retracts with brakes. Castle Edge 160A ESC and a Archer Plus SR12 Rx with dual LiPo supply.

Welcome to the channel and thank you for subscribing. This jet belongs to one of our club member. He is going with a Jetfan 120 pro with an HET 800-68-685, castle 160 running on 12s. Should expect somewhere in the 18-19lbs of thrust.

Altra cosa importantissima il rivestimento per quanto bello graficamente é molto delicato . sensibilissimo ai collanti come cianocrilato e ruderer l25 per capottine quindi quando le usate attenzione!

No issues at all using hysol, CA or isopropyl alcohol on the covering. It did not fade, deteriorate or any damage at all. Thanks for watching!

Yes. I’ve just been super busy at work. Ran into an issue with the retracts so I had to send it back and wait for it to be warranty.

No issues at all using any of the glue I used on the model. It did not damage the finish on the covering along with using alcohol to clean up the mess. It did not remove the paint or damage the finish. Thanks for watching!

Should have glued the flap horn in the other way as when you do you get far more mechanical advantage and the flap servo has a easier life.

What do you mean covering? It’s not all composite? If so I’ll pass on the kit. Dislike covering if any kind.

This ARF is a built up balsa with what looks like vinyl covering.
