Um, you gotta do the whole trance and deepening first, and then really drill the idea of stuck feet into their minds and then tell them to open their eyes and try it. it's better not to directly say 'move your feet' and say 'test it' instead

Try with different approaches, there are many induction videos here on RUclips, for example Zach Pincince has some hypnosis through the screen ones, you can copy the induction to your language and see what happens. Besides your family and friends must trust you to do this.
