- This is the 15th episode of the Race to Dakar 2020 : Africa Eco rally Race Team Races to Places with Lyndon Poskitt Racing.
A stage from Tidjikja to Idini, 600km of which 500 SS. It´s the longest stage of the rally. Dakar might seem close now, but it´s not! The boys find a crashed rider in the desert, nobody around. They get help for him but get stuck in traffic after that. The dangers of rally riding….are real.
And Lyndon pays a visit to Malle moto camp. Is he homesick maybe?
Joey and Greg have been helping all sorts of folks along the way. They are awesome sports and great humans. I like Matt's Batman impression. Darn kids on that school bus.
Absolutely loving the quality of the content, the content itself, and the awesomeness of the team altogether. The comradery, also between the teams, is contagious.
It seems like everyone is just on a group ride where you're just trying to be a bit faster than the other guys! And I start believing that Joey is just riding along because he loves the ride and loves to help everyone else, caring more that everyone has a good time there instead of winning. That's so great to see!
This is yesterday episode but by the looks of it, it got demonetize because of the crash. Let's help LP and click like, and share as much as possible. No one in the internet is providing this content. Great Job Guys!
From Portugal
Joey's the man! Great attitude and quick to help. Need more of his type in this world.
shame that they had to edit down the help they gave to the injured rider. good thing I was able to watch the director's cut before they removed it
Bummed the first one had to be edited, true spirit of reaching to stop and help a fellow rider
Best coverage of any enduro race ever !!!!
Joey must be the kindest soul ive ever seen. I wish i could meet him.
I tell you what, Frickin ballsy to do a 12 day rally as your first team event. Could have done the Andalusian rally with half the effort.
HATS OFF TO THE WHOLE MOTOREX, LYNDON POSKITTTEAM!!
Great channel. Great stuff. It is real, so it sometimes gets real. Who am I to judge? Thank you R2P, you guys are living my dream. Showing it to this channel brings it so close I can feel it.
I have been watching Races to Places now for a number of years now in your world travels & rallying. Lyndon you have the best in depth coverage & explanation of the lead up, during, & after all the events. Getting in behind the scenes & giving us a good look at the daily grind of it all. Keep up the good work. Cheers from Australia. 👍
I ride Enduro in Ireland. The VERY FIRST RULE i ever heard of was that I must use fim approved tires. That was at the age of 16. These top riders have been riding for years, they're entire lives. They KNOW the rules inside and out. And there is absolutely no way Lyndon is at fault when a professional racer deliberately breaks the rules. Accept your mistake Poulo. @lyndonposkitt, absolutely amazing work bringing a true almost 1st person experience to all of us watching. The team, the work, the racing. It's something we all personally envy and would love to be a part of. Thanks to you, we can be! Amazing. Congratulations on your amazing result. Absolutely ONITT. I love it 👍
Haven't bothered with the "Dakar" this year and been following the Eco Race via this series instead. Great work Lyndon and team but you've left us hanging with the conclusion and results. Very much looking forward to the final episode(s). Respect to all involved 👍🏼

Appreciate the reply, many thanks. Looking forward to seeing them. As a frustrated home mechanic I love the nuts & bolts details and am always happy to sponge tips from the Pro's. I got all exited when you were showing to correct way to cut cable ties with the straight edge cutters as I already do that. It's a simple thing but shows the attention to detail that makes all the difference but hardly anyone ever notices. Keep up the great work!
Getting worried about no updates........... 😔 congratulations on your 3rd place finish 👍
Great seeing you guys have fun together.... "The walk of the tiddle!" and " Get out of here! No paparazzi!" Hilarious shenanagins! You are all decent people and great sportsmen! This is the kind of sports coverage I would show my son's proudly. These are good men.
LP is a legend and is great for the sport! Unbelievable content and just fun to watch. I look forward to these videos.
I look forward to seeing the bit where Matt gets up in the morning
Great episode 👍 Looking forward to nr. 16 😁
Actually I am a little sad that the crashscene got shortened... I think the video was neigther "clickbaity" nor "sensationalistic" it just showed what happened.
I would love to see a whole episode of how they reacted to the crash and how they should react / what you can do to help after a crash. For me it was extremely intresting how they reacted and what they did... I mean that is really something you can learn from.
FortNine did such a video 2018 and I would really appreachiate a Lyndon Poskit version of it.
ruclips.net/video/yiXhoFGFxyo/видео.html
PS: If the crashed rider wanted it to be changed, I am completely ok with the decision to re-cut it.
Was the downed rider's name Steve? #146?
Respect to all riders!!...the courage and the help spirit is something remarkable!...the male moto riders...my goodness!..they are special!!..I cannot imagine how strong physically and mentally they have to have, day by day!
Hug’s from Brazil!!
The scene actually showed how to properly care for a crashed and injured rider and what to expect from someone coming round after being knocked out.
Daniel Mores Really valuable episode just for that part. But I understand the media team’s reasons for pulling it. Thanks to all. Les
A sensitive situation dealt with tactfully. Joey and Greig were on the case and done what any of us would / should have done in a similar scenario, top guys.
Did I hear other bikes riding past while they were trying to stabilise the rider down ?
First class team you have there Lyndon .
My vote against censorship. Saw the original, nothing wrong with it.
Jus cuz we don't see it doesn't mean it didn't happen.
I wish the best to the fallen rider.
You guys are heroes, what u are doing for sports and bikers community around world unspeakable.if this was football, boxing or any other sports this world will build a city in this desert. But u guys sleeping in tents, eating cake at breakfast and not getting enough credit.May god protect u and makes yours life happier.
@@lyndonposkitt thanks for replying sir it means a lot to me.
I wondered what was going on, I saw the video posted earlier and thought I’d watch it later in the evening , then it disappeared without any explanation!
Great Work Everyone!
Your lot is showing a good deal of grit and class out there. All credit to you and your dad!
Well watched it again today even though I had seen it yesterday as it became available. Screw the algorithm :-).
On the plus side this should be part of a special behind the scenes episode where you show and explain about the filming the edit and the challenges of RUclips-ing Races to Places
Just got in from work and saw new upload from LP .......coffee on!........settle down😫,I thought he's messed up here but quick read of comments and I'm with it, but I see no harm with the original edit guys so hurry up with last night's episode the wait is killing me
roland smith Killing me too! Hope it’s a good one, and at least an hour long!! Les
now I've learned he's still hospitalized I think Lyndon and team have done correctly and I wish that rider all the best, I stupidly thought that "now he's come round he'll probably be ok" and what a shame to have had a biggie so close to Dakar.
Could you pass on my thanks to Joey explaining to me the camera arrangement. I don't wont to mention what I'm referring to, he will know. Would had taken zero time. Boys are legends that they stopped to help. Loving the videos.
As other people have said, it’s a shame that the original got pulled but fair play for the re-edit. LPR and the media team have gone the extra mile and made it happen for our pleasure...............once again, lol
If it was pulled by LPR or family, I fully and whole heartedly respect that decision but if it’s down to RUclips viewers, then shame on those viewers.
If people are watching a RUclips channel about some of the hardest and most insane rally motorcycling in the world then you should expect the lows, not just the highs. No one wants to see anybody get hurt but the reality of bringing a full transparent documentary which has always been the aim of Lyndon Poskitt Racing and this project, is just that, transparency. They risk everything to do something they love.
Onya team races t2 places, great work 👍🏻
Still a great video even with the shorter accident segment. Keep up the great work Team R2P
Bloody Legends!!!!!
the crash footage was so enthralling i didn't think to even consider the ethics of it. i will make more effort to consider both sides in future
Love the videos. Keep them coming.
Great episode.
Still great content 👍
Great episode
Great work.
more comment please, let's counter youtube demonitization
Are you guys still drunk from all that celebrating? You’ve put yesterday’s episode up again! Ha ha
I take my hat off to you all, well done on all finishing it’s been a pleasure to watch,
Can Joey - Explain what Fish Fish is? Is it that Super fluffy Flower like Dust? BTW -Crashes Happen! Hate to see anyone get hurt.. RIP Paulo G.
very nice video again ;)
It’s Groundhog Day! 🤪
Keep going team
Cable tieing a tent is great
Until a fire
Or a midnight piss!
Thought i seen this already.
They had to make an edit because of the scenes showing a crashed rider i suppose. Its a re-upload.
where is episode16 etc what happened at the end? ta.
Love it but this was yesterday’s episode yet a bit shortened.
keep it up!!!!
seems like the media guys haven't recovered from the party!
this is a shortened episode 14
actually it is a shortened episode 15, and the old episode isn't availible anymore...
Great episode - but didnt we see this already? Only this is a couple of minutes shorter? :-)
I think they re-uploaded after editing out parts with the injured rider and to get a new thumbnail. I think they wanted to be more respectful to the downed rider and not use him for a "clickbaity" title.
@@wesstallsmith8122 i see , makes sense :-)
What's up with the final episodes? It's been like 5 days since the last video (this one pre-edit) and there's already post race interviews with you guys on another channel.
What has happened to the rest of the race ?Only up to episode 15 . I know race is completed but noting coming through
When is 16 coming ? The grand finale
Respect ok, but this stuff too is the kind of real thing that’s part of racing .... people are getting to soft
Hey Guys,
Where is the next episode?
What is the story about the tires and camel?
I would like to know why did you edited (censored?) 15th episode? It was youtube, wish of the injured rider or what? :(
Where are the rest of the episodes that i donated for? What is the real story behind the tire contraversy? What happened to Joey's face? How did the decision get made to simply stop posting content without notification to your community and sponsors?
Didn't I see this episode already?
I think they re-uploaded after editing out parts with the injured rider and to get a new thumbnail. I think they wanted to be more respectful to the downed rider and not use him for a "clickbaity" title.
@@wesstallsmith8122 Good response. I was wondering if I had gone mad!
Wes Stallsmith That makes these! I didn’t watch the whole episode, I thought it was just a re-upload. But I remember there were some shots yesterday were you would not like to be reminded of if you were the rider.
Oh yeah
When is the next video coming out? I already saw the results on the official race website but would love to see LP on the podium.
Been following the race.. is there a grand final episode still to come..?
why is re upload the episode?
What is this "fish fish" stuff that Joey said he went down in at night on the final trek into camp? My Texas vocabulary can't figure it out and I can't seem to search up results either.
Fesh fesh
What is a fish fish patch? Could anyone tell me?
I think he meant "fesh-fesh", the super fine sand similar to talc. A nightmare for the drivers.
Giulio Buccini - perfect. Thanks
Thanks for asking the question, I wondered too.
What bike is this???
Why leave us hanging? Post the end of the race.
Is the driver of the crashed bike ok?
It was the right thing to show the accident. It really happens and we don’t need more censorship.
Show the truth Lyndon.
What’s « Fish, Fish » ?
dude how often do you replace the drive chain?
@@lyndonposkitt big fan, i am 70, for 25 yrs i raced motocross and hare scrambles but what you are doing scares the crap outa me. good luck enjoy the vids much, live in cocoa bch fla
9:00 I instantly spit, why? xD
It is same video as lost one?
It's not lost, it's re-edit and republished.

Lyndon Poskitt saw your replies earlier. wishing the fallen rider speedy recovery. Can't wait to see you and team races to places reach Dakar! love you #100
17:00 the guys right eye, totally bloody,. hope he went to a doctor
it was bikers showing that we care, we stop and help no matter what.
I dont understand snowflakes, I really dont get it.
Hope the rider recovers quickly and is back on his bike soon.
Hi Pyndon, excellent re-editing. Much more acceptable version! Respect and Thumbs up!
I'm Batman.......
😁🤙
exact same as yesterday
shame on YT, theres was absolutely nothing wrong w the crash scene. it showed humanity so def can't have that on this liberal ass sight
