The only one artist who teaches me art..I tried a lot of artists but you are only one who teaches by heart🙏
I highly admire the ability to paint realistic portraits knowing that your art may survive you for centuries.
I gives your life a sense that a banker or anyone rich by idly exploiting others cannot have.
I have attended many portrait painting lessons with Johnnie Liliedahl, Linda Coulter in grisaille, and John Gutcher in grisaille, and I feel more comfortable in obtaining a simple desired finished portrait using your technique. It seems that overtime one seems to become a jack of all trades but a master of none in learning so many techniques but finding the one that allows your excel and stay with one method for portraits.
Such wise words from a brilliant artist!!!!! Never ever put yourself down--- no art should look like a photo----its a separate work of art!!! Thank you for sharing ❤ I'm gaining a lot even though I'm not a patron. Thanks so much for sharing ❤ 😊
I am most impressed...this is a powerful tutorial...
Great video! I really like what you said about not copying a photograph but rather create a painting. And, I enjoy the narration.
Absolutely fantastick painting I enjoyed every brush stroke
This inspires me to get back to painting again after being a Freelance Illustrator 27 years ago. He is really good and lives in the
next county to me . So, I will check out his studio . Ty
Thanks for watching! I’m glad this inspires you to get back into painting!

Another great art class. It's clear how much effort is made on these tutorials.
You are a great artist, thank you for your tutorials, I didn't know where to start with my painting of my grandson, but thanks to you, I haven't made a bad job of it, it certainly isn't perfect, so I'll keep watching, look forward to the next one, in the meantime I'll keep practicing. thank you
Amazing the way you are so generous about giving your self available . To great painting .
You are a great teacher! Your showing, and telling is far beyond most instructor!s whom I have watched! I use your palette quite a bit, but watching you is a thrill. You are very capable and talented!
amazing. just amazing! I haven't done a portrait in a long time, but I'm happy to see that you are teaching my style of layering the colors and paint what you see in terms of shapes made with colors , not necessarily painting a face, but it will produce a better face if you just paint what you see.
Mr Yupari your paintings are very good , I wish I could paint like you .Thank you sir your videos are very helpful 🙏🙏
You are a great artist and awesome teacher. Looking forward for more videos of your painting🎨
The best descriptive video I have ever seen!
Thank you! I’m glad you found it to be descriptive 😊
Very informative demo on portraiture! Thanks a lot fpr sharing!
Absolutely loved this tutorial! It is one of the best I have seen on skin tones, I am definitely going to try an oil portrait but probably with water mixable. Thanks so much xxx
Συγχαρητήρια . Είμαι ερασιτέχνης ζωγράφος. Πολύτιμη η βοήθεια σας σε μία τόσο αναλυτική περιγραφή.
So Helpful. Thank you. I love it when you reiterate your colours. Thanks so much!
Thnx bro.no.1 potrites peinting chanl 👍👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
Perfact 100/100
Thank you for showing a layering technique you use. This was helpful. And totally new level compared to usual allaprima style
Great video thanks! I’m just starting to paint with oils so your tutorials help. Keep up the nice work!
I was doing a digital painting no layers no undo...(I am learning) Two things I didn't have right... the color... it was off and the eyes....took me 2 hrs to get the basics and 3 hrs to fix it up lol. Great learning experience. When i messed up the eye I was like "damn I kinda suck at this" but its good to see even pros make those mistakes.
Excellent painting of popular actress kate winslet she looks just like kate winslet who is very beautiful
A great tutorial. Very talented. I would like to see some more information on the various skin tone mixtures used on the model's skin. Is it all just visual comparisons against the original or just some recognised methodology . Also, any amateur would be panicking and rushing fearing the paint is going to dry out. Is it as simple as a squirt of water ?
One of your best paintings Yupari ...I really enjoy your original paintings over the master studies ...both good but your original ones really standout
Very good. I enjoyed your lecture. Only got confused with color mixing
Thank you you did a great job so beautiful God be with you
You are a great teacher!!
Great painting of beautiful kate winslet
Very clear explanation giving everybody watching a nice impression of how you work with a basic structure for a portrait that is effective and helpfull. Thank you for sharing - and all the rest is to practice -
Amazing! Thank you for this!

Hello, you have been a much of a help to my painting practices. I really like how you explain on your painting videos, I appreciate it a lot.
Thank you ❤️
Thanks for teaching.Im waiting for new painting
l Have No Words To Say For Your Painting Except Saying Great Artist.Thanks. Thanks & Thanks
Beautiful
Beautiful demo and your thoughts so well narrated. Superb
Soft edges initially then add harder edges later. I've not heard that before. I'm guessing it's a feature of the medium. As a (would-be) watercolourist, I think the process is very different - less opportunity to adjust.
lovely and informative thank you so much for starting this youtube channel!!!!
Thank you for teaching me how to get 3d effects on a face whioch ive now applied to my painiting of my mother and another of my father and they both look 100 times better.

Her eyes are more blueish and the white of her eye is more light grey and topaz white blue. There is a different hue in the paint like egg white with some brown, especially her right eye.

안녕하세요 오늘 유튜브 추천으로 보게 되었어요. 전체적으로 들어가지 않고, 한 부분 부터 구체적으로 늘어가는 것이 인상적이였네요. 잘 보았습니다!
I wish i could paint atleast 30% like you! ❤️
Mr. Yupari, I am wondering why you prefer to use alizarin crimson permanent instead of alizarin crimson? Is there any technical reason for that? Thanks for sharing all your beautiful and motivating works.
Super
روعة❤
Thank you thank you thank you very much.
Not sure if you have done so, but do you have a short video on choosing the darkest background to match the facial colour
Sir yupari can you please list the colors needed for painting an African American flesh tone. And how to mixed such colors.
So helpful thank you!!!
I would love you to paint a young girl , about seven years old, with blond hair, with lots of highlights... NO dark brown at all. Is that possible? In other words , all my grandchildren are blond, ...And I would love to learn to paint them with your help. I adore your work, your tutorials, your comments and advice. Thanks a lot! I adore you! Just moved near Antwerp and next door there is a fine academie and was exceptionnally authorized to follow the painting lessons right away. No need to tell how happy I am. But since corona shutdown here, NO lessons for five weeks... I could cry non stop. So I decided to invest all my time in mixing during my spare time, correct fleshtones , very smooth with correct tone and value. Thanks for all your help! You mean an awful lot to me!

graphite is a lubricant, it will come up after you paint it, is it not better to use charcoal instead of graphite?
awesome!
BEAUTIFUL!
Super tutorial as always. Can I ask if you have any examples of models who are smiling and showing their teeth? I find this aspect extremely troublesome and would love to see how you tackle it. Thanks
너무 잘그리는군요^^
I wonder how important contrasts are to you between foreground and background.
As in this picture, the girl's hair is a rich brown against a black background this makes it difficult to seperate her off from what is going on behind her, its much less of a problem in a photograph than in painting, also she looks quite made up wearing make-up, which can give the skin a...plastic look, which will come over in a painting as well i'd say
You are an amazing portrait artist, congratulations 🎈🎉
Saw your painting.. It's very much informative.. As I am a bigginer. I need guidance.. I am a self learner. You were saying that you were oiling the paint.. Can I know, y did you oiled it.. Like y is it oiled, what comes out with oiling... I shall be awaiting for your reply. Regards
When you showed painting from near angel it looked horrible but it is very beautiful
Thank you for video, can ı use carmin instead of permanent alizarin crimson? And cobalt(ultramarine) instead of french ultramarine?
😛great video. What brush are you using? Do you spray your pencil under painting? Thank you. Lea
True it is a painting ,It will not be an exact copy. You can also use Alizarin Crimson, Chrome green and white to make a pinker skin tone ( mix a little at a time and use as a wash.I mix colors different . Acrylic paint.
Do u use acrylic and oil paint for the same painting?
But acrylic paints dry off too fast how do you tackle it?
@@bishnupriyamandal9547 You learn to control your paint and brushes and not let them control you. Use a mister bottle and spray a little water when needed, lightly
@@bishnupriyamandal9547 I only use acrylic or i use oil I never mix the two .you can use Acrlic under oil but never acrylic over oil
Your painting is very impressive
I really like it
But can you paint dark tone skin portrait (African) please
I like your method of portrait painting. But I have to ask, why don't you paint in acrylic since you can paint so fast?
Thanks you and godbless you,,,,
Wld you pls show how to paint teeth
Exellent
Please tell Barbara I’m in love with her!
That's too good 👌👌
great
I noticed you use no medium to dilute your paints. Please explain
he did at the end he used varnish and for painting he used galkyte
Wow, you just cleared a point of confusion: you spoke of your sequence of layering, which is your choice to start with Light color if you choose. Wonderful!
I notice you paint light to dark. Is that right ? I am a beginner Thank you so much
What specific materials do you use added to the oil itself is it thinner Linseed oil or gas
Do you teach acrylics as well?
Can I use acrylic paint?
He thinks we’re as good as him at drawing freehand sketches perrrrfectly
First time I heard light colors first, I’ve only heard to use light on top of dark, dark first
great❤️❤️❤️
