Thank you for your video. When you recommend these exercises, is it for people that are pain free? I have had an undiagnosed slap tear for over a year. I have chronic pain and I can’t sleep at night. Since the diagnosis I am all about strengthening and stretching but I do have pain. Should I work the exercises through pain? Thank you for your dedication.
Thank you for the video. It is great for somebody who actually suffers from the same trauma to give you insides. I hope your shoulder is already healed and back at full power. :) :) :)
Hello sir. I have labral tear stage 4. Some doctor suggested me for surgery and some are saying that check for another month then we will go for surgery. I don’t know what is best for me. But honestly I don’t want to go for surgery. It’s 9 months old. Please suggest me.
Hello sir thank you for your response. It’s mentioned in the MRI report- Evidence of focal increased signal intensity in anterior superior labrum compatible with labral tear. Increased signal intensity in adjacent biceps anchor suggesting type IV SLAP lesion. Please suggest me

Bankart tear surgery recommended what should I do
My bicep has been hurting for 3 years, almost 4 now. Just had a Ct arthrogram and it showed I have a labral tear.
And I recently identified through a MRI test. It’s happened when I slipped from the staircase.
Ouch
Thanks

If you have a stage 4 and tore your biceps tendon you will need surgery unfortunately.
