I really appreciate how this game added challenges for people who've been playing this series for decades. I just picked it up last week and I've been having a blast going for the challenges
Andy! I got your mug, it looks quite nice. My singular gripe is that it's a black design clearly printed onto a white mug (I knew this before buying it, you can see in the pictures), so you can see where the design cuts off, rather than the entire mug being black. The design itself, though, looks quite crisp and I look forward to sipping from it while learning from your videos! Thanks again, Andy!
Haha my immediate thought exactly, the grind for the final trophy in this game made me give up as much as I loved THPS 1+2. The new challenges are bomb though, they actually DO give XP, you just have to check description for them. The Forbidden connectors, for instance, all give 5k xp a pop even though it is misleading by only showing 2k dollars as a reward at first glance. I leveled up 5 times today in like 30 minutes by doing these, finally enjoying the game again with these challenges
i've gotta get on the shoulder button rotations but also the leveling out off of vert ramps and grinding, muscle memory always makes me wanna revert to manual
I've been playing every day now for a month and can combo 100k-500k pretty much whenever I want and the occasional 1 million. Problem is I break all your rules (more than 2 manuals in a row, grind same rail in a row, etc.) so I am nowhere near these combo challenges. It would be awesome to shadow your every move and learn from a great.

I can do the laps u do but at some point my balance on all meters just can not keep goin I’m doin everything u do what’s the secret to balancing besides 2 manuals 2 grinds and so on
Not sure.. Are you holding the D-pad directions to balance? Feathering or tapping the d-pad is easier to control than holding it down. Also make sure your manuals and grinds are as short as possible. The longer you manual or grind, the more difficult it gets to balance

I realize there are several areas in both games I truly despise because I am unable to get the alien plushies I am missing, or not able to get the scores for the secret decks, or simply not able to get a gold medal in any of the competitions for them to count toward the rookie challenge.

But now I’m well into my 30s, but still love playing the game, But I’ve never seen anyone play so dam good WITHOUT MODS ON!! I been trying for HOURS on the get there’s… I’m only missing 4- the mall, school 2, Venice, And Bull Ring… I just don’t know how the heck you do it man.. I give you props brother!

Awesome video, although the one stage i REALLY needed to see a good line for is missing from this video :D Not sure if by oversight or whatever, but the THPS1 Skatepark Hard Gap Combo (Pool hip gap + 10 million) is completely missing. Even still, this has helped me immensely with a few other stages i was having trouble with.

@@BVZTIII it should depend on which way your skater is facing when you come down from the spine transfer. It's not always accurate though.

Also make sure your manuals and grinds are as short as possible. The longer you manual or grind, the more difficult it gets to balance

Disagree with Warehouse being easiest to score in. Personally I think School and Mall are easier to build lines in.
