Glitter HTV Full Wrap Pressed onto Spray Paint - What?!

- I've tested HTV heat pressed onto a spray painted tumbler before, including glitter HTV in small designs. But I've never tried tumbler pressing glitter HTV on as a full wrap, because I was always nervous that the super-sticky backing film would become adhered to the cup and pull of the spray paint when I unwrapped everything after heat pressing. I was advised to get special high-heat spray paint for grills, but I've resisted doing that because the colors of that paint are extremely limited. I wanted to get this to work with regular spray paint that comes in lots of color options. And it works!!! The key is to leave the spray painted tumbler alone for a couple days to let the paint fully set and bond onto the tumbler. Then even the incredibly sticky glitter HTV backing film will not pull up that paint. I've used black here, but any color of regular spray paint should work (in theory). The tumbler press gods laughed and laughed.

Pastels. Spring colors would be good on a different paint color besides white or black.

Thank you!! Someone else asked about that, too, but I've never done anything with tumblers in an oven, only a press, so I wouldn't have any idea how long or at what heat setting. All I can suggest is asking around in various sublimation/tumbler-pressing FB groups to find someone who's actually done this and can help.

Question: if I were to try in the convection oven what temp and time would you suggest?
