Challenge Collab with Anthony Crammen - My Fave Creator

- Awhile ago, I contacted my favorite You Tube creator, @AnthonyCrammen , and asked if he might consider some sort of collab at some point, provided we could figure out something that was a good fit for each of our channels and our viewers. To my delight, he said yes, and we ended up sending each other a box of artistic goodies along with a challenge. The main difference was that I knew in advance that whatever he sent me would somehow end up on or as part of a resin tumbler. What I sent him was wide open, although I decided to stay away from textiles and miniatures, in the hopes that he might actually have some fun. As you'll see in this video of what he sent me, the hand gods laughed and laughed and laughed.

But I have to be honest that if he’d sent me just those same studs and stickers and told me to make a neon punk style tumbler without the additional twist, it would have been realllllly boring. So he actually did me a huge favor by adding the tiny hands requirement - the video turned out much, much more entertaining (and a lot more fun to make) as a result. 😁😁😁

Thank you so much!! At the moment, I'm not planning to do any more videos. I ended up with 730+ videos across 2 channels in 3.5 years, and realized at that point that I was completely burned out and exhausted. So I've moved on to other things. Thank you again for watching and for your kind words!!

Lol!! Well, I’ll be honest - this collab presented me with an opportunity for a much more entertaining video than I normally publish, because tutorials about making resin tumblers (even when I try to add humor) are relatively… dry, and not very exciting. I have yet to figure out any way I could repeat the surprise and fun of this “challenge with a twist”. It feels, at the moment anyway, like a pretty unique situation. But if I do find a way to inject more humor and spend less time showing tumbler makers how to make different designs of resin tumblers, then I’ll definitely do more videos like this one 😁😁 I’m very glad you enjoyed it!!!
