Hi, thank you for you great explainer Video. I have seen you are using external monitor for your SX900. Do you think it is possible to use a touch screen external monitor and operate the keyboard from that monitor? I have seen people were able to do it for the Montage and MODX. Thank you.

At my age I find it difficult to see the screen properly and i would like to know how to connect my PSR SX900 on a screen like yours. Is it a smart tv or a computer monitor? What kind of connection do I need? I would very much appreciate your help, thank you. 🙂

Unfortunately not. Once the audio recording is done there is no ability to transfer it. Yo8 can try importing it into Ableton if you would like to edit it.
I don’t have a Genos in front of me but pretty much. Yamaha standardised the procedure for all top end keyboards and slight changes for the Clavinova CVP range.

No I don't but I used a usb to hdmi video card adaptor. The brand I used was startech.com .

Purper Moon ,you need a usb display adapter for connecting a external display , you van read About it in the SX900 Manual.

Unfortunately not. I think the Genos might have 2 track audio recording but not certain.

I find it very annoying that it is not possible to record vocals into its own separate channel, so I can balance out the audio levels afterwards.
you really need a DAW....or an Ipad with appropriate software. will change your life.

You can do that oin the PA4X Korg
Of course you can. I like to prerecord the style so I know it is perfect then I can just sing along and not worry.

The other way to do it is to do the multi track recording first then lastly add the vocals
