Fair play to you for paying no attention to the judgement on your food choices, 👏🏻 I’ve had hot lemon water in the morning for years. It’s great. I’ve added organic tumeric powder to it for fibromyalgia inflammation. It really helps . Hope your enjoying the sunshine ☀️

Hi louise snap it was my birthday the 7tth i was 70 cant get my head around im 70 i had a lovely birthday and went out for a family meal i got lots of lovely presents oh happy birthday for last wek what date was it you got a great haul im the same ive got lots in so when i go shopping jfs usuallg bits like milk bread cat food litter potatoes ect its not a full shop love fran ❤xxxx ❤ ps i love your flowers xxxxx
