When the original sentence ends with N(이)다 as in "이에요/예요", it becomes N(이)라고 하다. So the original sentence is 그 여자 거예요 (it's hers/that woman's), and 그 여자 거라고 is "I said it's hers". Thank you for watching and liking my video BTW! 🥰
