Sounds nice and smooth! It’ll be really interesting to see it attached to a load to get a better idea how it’ll perform, I’m sure it will have loads of toque! This has got me into a rabbit-hole of research in the subject of winding three phase PM-motors. There are so many different factors and options involved in choosing a wire thickness as well as the wiring configuration and method used. There’s advantages in using the thicker gauge wire like reduction of skin effect, decreased resistance, and potentially for greater copper mass on each pole. They can also carry more power and produce less heat. There’s multiple variations of the path that the wire is wrapped too. It looks like yours is wired as (ABCABC) and another option would be (AbCaBcAbC) with upper case “ABC” letters being one direction and lower case “abc” being the opposite direction. Excited to see what this baby can do!! Will you be testing with some type of load using the rig you have it mounted to now? ⚡️ 🤙 ⚡️
Hi hi guys yip you are right about that 👍😁I'm gonna be making a animated wire diagram of a e bike hub eand a update on the washing machine motor in the last video as well 👍 I rewired the motor in half 😁👍more speed and I allsome was trying to stop it but I couldn't 😁👍but yip it needed more 1.5mm wire otea coil for sure 😊👌 more power down low and hi
Allsome stuff guys yip I just rewired the washing machine motor in to 2 Half's and now it's twice as fast 😳😲😁👌🌟💕 the new video coming up today 😁👍 from cruzermans inventions
Allsome stuff yip your right 5 strands of 1 mm cooper wire together and 28 turns per pole with the motor wired into the 3 x4 c on the 36 pole washing machine motor seems to be really good in the 1000 watt with 72 volts running it ,👌😊
I only wired the washing machine motor as ABC and not other way like a e bike hub motor because I don't have any hall sencers but I think that it should still run well just may have to give it a little bit of a push to get the trike going but yip it's looking pretty interesting 👌😊
@@tristanmcnabb2741 that reminds me, something I learned recently is that when you’re winding a motor with multiple strands the best way is to keep the wires flat instead of twisting them together first. It allows more wire to fit on each foot and also keeps the magnetic field from getting canceled out which can happen when they are twisted together before winding. If you ever end up winding another motor like that it might be something to consider. Keep up the good work! 🤙
Hi buddy sorry for the wate .yip there is a lot of cool different things on my RUclips channel for sure 😁 iv done a lot of different tests over time biggest thanks from cruzermans invention s
Hi buddy to do with the controller.🤔if you have a 1000watt 48 volt brushless motor controller and you take it apart you will the 2 big capacity caps and on the side that will say up to 80 volts so that's the Max's volts it can take .😁👍🎉🌟🦇 allsome work from cruzermans inventions
Some lipos would make that motor sing! Just saying. Lol. Years ago I looked for one of these washing machine motors (better found in UK washers)to build a generator. Now I ride a e-bike with a fast hub motor. Think you have something fast there to work with!
Hi buddy 😁👍🎉🌟🦇 I found in all my tests with the washing machine motor that a car alternator was much faster.so all of bike have alternator for motor . now my top speed with that is 82 to 83 kph .if can bet it I would like you to you tube in.😁👍🎉🌟🦇biggest thanks from cruzermans inventions 😁👍🦇🤠👌
What would happen if you were to wind the ebike stator alternativally north/south on all 18 slots? What kind of application would you use delta configuration for? Also, would you consider zoom meetings to create an ev enthusiasts group? Cheers
Big hi yip only 18 poles and wired like a washing machine motor you would have 48volts 😁😄alsome work from cruzermans inventions.same as a motorcycle charge coil on a 250 cc Kawasaki
Quet Tristan, i saw a video of a guy by name Liam of @enter the realm run two coils and third coil as a generator to loop back. Have tried this and if so do have a video of it coz its not in your play list.
Hi buddy yip I'll have to look him up for sure 😁👍🎉🌟 I haven't got a video like that and I did try one time but something is up with the one way blocking diodes it seems to cancel out the power coming from one of the phases it's strange to me but it's another mystery for sure.but yip if this works and you have a you tube video of it that would be amazing to see for sure buddy
Yip it is just like the factory winding but thinker wire but now I just rewired it again into 2 Half's 2 X 72 volt motor 😁👍 twice as fast lol 😂 cool stuff guys my new video on it is coming up soon today 😁👍 cruzermans inventions

This is a great idea Tristan. These motors are cheap and can be found just all over. How did you learn how to do this rewinding ??

I don't know you can connect a 48 volt controller to 72 volts. Or did you do some modification to the controller?

I can forward to your WhatsApp number more of this videos that look real but no circuit diagrams of how they do it.
Please can you share the new star diagram sounds beautiful.
Or is it the same as the factory windong just thicker wire?
Yip it is just like the factory winding but thinker wire but now I just rewired it again into 2 Half's 2 X 72 volt motor 😁👍 twice as fast lol 😂 cool stuff guys my new video on it is coming up soon today 😁👍 cruzermans inventions
@@tristanmcnabb2741 amazing thanks bro . Please share how you did the two halfs im not quite sure what you mean.
Cool stuff buddy it's coming up in a new video today soon 😁👌🌟🎉👍
