Law student nearly paralyzed in Las Vegas shooting recounts terror

- More than 500 people were injured in Sunday's Las Vegas mass shooting and about one quarter of them are still hospitalized. Kristin Babik was wounded as the crowd of 22,000 people began running in terror. Norah O'Donnell spoke with Babik in the hospital.

People really live in an unreal reality not aware of there surroundings . That gun fire didn't sound like anything other then gun fire & people just sat there. People needs to educate themselves on what gun fire does sound like because its nothing like fireworks!!! Situational awareness is key to the reality that bad things can happen at any time meaning that everyone should always be living in the yellow. Not paranoid just aware of what is going on, who is around & to always play to the side a caution. I saw video of people standing around, running with beers in there hands??? laying down on the ground & all running in the same direction. All in my opinion when it comes to survival poor choices & leaving your survival up to luck & chance.

Every comment here is cruel, disingenuous thoughts from people that need to find what the meaning of love, compassion, feelings, pain and hope. Gun shots are debilitating to the body. Remember life is frail and blessed.
I'm not going to jump on these conspiracy theories but something is definitely wrong with this story. To many holes and it seems like there's some covering up happening.

The patient in that hospital doesn't look at all like she was shot. No sign of pain or disconfort or anything plus the machines are off so how can she be in a freaking hospital bed with the machine that check her vitals off and with a bullet on her back. Really??
Harold Gilbert It's not a conspiracy, it's the truth, how about asking any medical professionals to analyze the patient and they'll tell you that they're wounds do not match at all with their behavior.
