The whole sequence with the Deep Dark and trying to get a good look at the warden too, gave off this feeling of a group of guys who stumbled onto a new discovery and are trying to figure out what they've found. Extraction and exploration team type stuff almost.
The passive aggressive homewrecking behavior at 13:58 nearly killed me since I have a respiratory infection. I laughed so hard!!! Thank goodness for Grian bringing some joviality into day!

Everyone running from the warden while making the most noise possible is infuriating. The entire point of the warden is to stay quiet and sneak around it, which is why they added the sonic boom, which they were lucky to survive.
I love how nobody handles the Warden correctly. It shows what a bad, stupid mob the Warden is. Trying to sneak is actually a worse plan than just running away like you would any other mob. The only reason they even got hurt was because after they got away they doubled back and annoyed it further and then panicked when it came for them. And anyone who knows what they're doing can effortlessly kill a Warden without any danger or harm. And some just lock up the Warden as a part of a zoo because they're such useless mobs.

top tips on how many wardens can spawn. four alerts and you're out, the four strikes are shared between EVERYONE, so even if you only set off one if someone else set off three before you, you're out. oh also everyone can summon there own warden :) so if you have a party of four, you could be chased by four wardens

Elevator pitch for next season "Random Life". There are no yellow lives, everyone starts on green, each time you die there is a random (30-40%) chance that you will respawn as a red life. Thats it, green or red and nobody knows when they may end up as red. Let the chaos commence.

That's rather "Random Death" if you ask me.
Maybe the 30-40% chance is a bit too high, but it was just a thought I had while watching. Maybe if the percentage starts at 10% and every time a player dies the chances increases 5-10%. That way everyone is almost but not quite guaranteed at least 3 lives unless they are very unlucky and go red the first time. I don't know how hard it is to program floating variables into Minecraft but I'm sure the talented individuals behind the scenes could find a way. But as I said it's just an elevator pitch, the finer points could be hammered out later.

Theres a lot more than that that makes it fun like block placement, movement techniques, etc. I agree that normal 1v1 pvp can be boring to do for more than a few matches at a time but gamemodes like bedwars are really fun. But hey its not for everyone, just like how building can be seen as boring for the average pvper.

As to the flammability of your current base, I have a suggestion. You could totally make a base with wood on the outside, cobbled deep slate or deep slate as a second layer on the inside, and then wood on the inside covering up the deep slate, like a three-layer wall. That way if someone decides to burn your fort down, it will only reveal the deep slate fortifications you have made and it would be hilarious to see the other double life member’s faces when they see it. The wood layer on the inside is just so that other members won’t know about your fortifications even if they walk inside your base.
Also, you can turn all of the outside planks into stairs and waterlog them
What I used to do is that I put sources of water hidden around a structure so if the blocks around burned then the water would put some fure out

But with the way none of the members respect doors, someone would most likely be snooping and end up breaking into a wall just to find some deepslate.

Fun facts about Sculk n’ stuff: The Deep Dark biome spawns mostly under mountains. No mobs spawn in the Deep Dark so it is very safe. Only natural Sculk Shriekers summon a Warden. You only get a Darkness effect from activating a Sculk Shrieker that isn’t going to summon a Warden. A Warden will not be Summoned if light level is 14 is the area around a Sculk Shrieker.
Unless you're playing on Bugrock, then mobs do still spawn. ¬_¬
But yeah, the deep dark isn't that bad. I cleared one of shriekers then started work on restoring it as a base.

I immediately thought of that. He even said it in the same way. That must have been either deliberate or a subconscious channeling of the line... provided he's seen the movie.

How Does one Chobble?
To prevent fires, replace some of the planks with waterlogged stairs so when the blocks under them burn they put out the fire
