    OK....Gacharic Spin line-up changes....this might take a while:
2009: Hana (drums), F Chopper Koga (Bass), EITA (guitar), Armmy (vocals)
Late in 2009 EITA leaves and is replaced by Tomo-zo.
2012: Armmy leaves, for health or discipline reasons (or a combination of both). She later attempts a come-back in a duo with EITA, but died in 2015. Spin never really acknowledged it, and its a bit of a sore point for me and other fans.
The remaining three bring in Oreo Reona on keyboards, who had already regularly played with the band live. They try to audition for a new vocalist but realise that both Hana and Oreo are good singers. However, they are stuck behind immovable instruments so they decide they need 'cheerleaders' to interact with the crowd and create the energy upfront.
2013, the: Hana (drums), F Chopper Koga (Bass), Tomo-zo (guitar), Oreo Reona (keyboards), Mai & Arisa (dancers)
2015: Arisa leaves to concentrate on final year at high school. replaced by Nenne.
By 2017 the dancers had become more integral to the group. Both started adding background vocals and Nene was able to take over keyboard duties occassionally, allowing Oreo to sing up-front. (Nenne also acted as 'keyboard caddy sometimes, which is an amusing bit of the act to watch). However Nenne started to have hearing problems and was forced to resign. They tried to carry on with one dancer, but it didn't work, so at the end of 2018 Mai left and there was the last mjor shake-up to date.
2019: Hana (guitar), F Chopper Koga (Bass), Tomo-zo (guitar), Oreo Reona (keyboards), Angelina 1/3 (microphone), yuri (drums).
yuri's includion allowed Hana to finally take her rightful place up front on vocals. Angelina 1/3 is backup, but also acts in the 'cheerleader' capacity the dancers used to take. Incidently, Tomo-zo occassionally sings and has her own special repertoire for her 'magical girl' character.
    Clear as mud?
By the way, worth checking out a recent lockdown performance with Nemophila. Search 'Gacharic Spin x Nemophila'. Five singers, all amazing, but Angelina really shows her stuff. Its taken me time to warm to her, but I think she proved herself here.

Good summary. I'll just add that the dancers in both tracks were Mai and Nenne (who played keys on the second track so Oreo could sing up front). They are colour coded - Mai = pale blue, Arisa = Green, Nenne = Orange. If you're really stuck, they are also known as Performer #1, Performer #2 and Performer #3, and released a track as the Gacha Gacha Dancers. The other members are colour coded too, so Koga = yellow, Hana = blue, Tomo-zo = pink, Oreo = purple/white. They seem to have dropped the colours in the most recent line up.

So glad you did that and i didn't have to lol very well done . Its a complex evolution. To add Yuri (drums) has now gone off to have a baby and for the first time a man is filling in Levin till Yuri is back I think that's right they dont do much in English and i only knew a few words of Japanese .

Koga did acknowledge Armmy's death and she was very sad about the fact that they'd never really made up after Armmy left the band.

During the 2nd song, the girl up front singing is the keyboardist. And the one on the keyboard who you pointed out is sorta dressed like Su is actually one of the backup dancers. Sorry if that's a bit confusing 😅 all the members of Gacharic Spin are pretty multi-talented

This video should be around 2015/2016. They switch styles a lot - only thing you can count on is high energy coming with every song (the exception being their acoustic settings).
Each member also get's to showcase their abilities, so it's not uncommon to be a bit confused when you see a video, while you're trying to figure out who does what LOL
Second song is Oreo on vocals (normally on keys), so Nene, one of the dancers get's to play the piano.
During this period Hana and Oreo shared lead vocals, with Tomo-Zo pitching in a song or two (like she does on every album as well).
In the current formation it's pretty much Hana and Angie sharing lead vocals (with Tomo-Zo still getting her song).
Oreo is focusing on playing keys, so they don't have to use backing tracks.
Atm they have their first male member as support drummer(Levin from La'cryma Cristi), since Yuri is pregnant and will be absent til after having her baby in summer.

If I remember right they had about 3 or 4 different dancers over the years. I think 1 left to go to college, I'm pretty sure another one ended up having really bad hearing issues and dropped out. Not 100% sure on all of that because of the language barrier and what not

Been a fan of this band for many years. My first introduction Japanese all-girl bands. Koga (bass) and Tomo-zo (guitar) are at the top of their game. Older video when they still had the dancers. Hana no longer plays the drum and is now out front and plays rhythm guitar. Yuki the new drummer is quite and is on hiatus due to a new baby. Current fill-in drummer is a guy whose name I've forgotten. The singer in the 2nd video is Reona, the keyboard player. The back-up dancers all left on their own for various reasons. Angelique 1/3, the pink-haired one is an additional singer and dancer. More of a singer than the other girls were. The keyboard player on the 2nd vid is Nenne, one of the three backup dancers that were part of the band.

As others have pointed out, Oreo the the keyboardist is out front singing lead. She would do this on a few raw,raw songs that didn’t require a great voice. In this case dancer number three took over the keyboards so Oreo could move around. A few years earlier Oreo would come down and sing because the song didn’t require a keyboard or because they had strapped keyboards to the backs of one or both of the dancers

This is the third iteration of Gacharic Spin. The original Spin included the uber charismatic Armmy on vocals. While always high energy, that version of Spin was much more Punkish than this version. Some of their best songs come from that period. Check out the next three songs in this concert to see what I mean. Armmy subsequently left the group (later passing away) and they brought on the keyboard player/vocalist Oreo Reona. Feeling like they were missing something, they then brought in two entertainers (the dancers) who were really young girls. I think Mai (the thinnest one) was only 16 at the time. She was also then chief choreographer. So we are now up to three formations. One of the entertainers/dancers left, replaced by Mai's high school friend Nene (the girl playing the keyboards in the second video). Nene left the group in 2017 (hearing loss) so they pressed forward with Mai as the sole entertainer. We are now at four formations. Mai left in late 2018. The drummer/vocalist moved out front on guitar, they brought on another vocalist/entertainer (the pink haired girl you remember), and a new drummer. Which is where we are today, the 5th Gacharic Spin formation.

Thanks for checking this amazing footage out! The songs here were Jyoshiki Destroyer (Common-Sense Destroyer - 1st song) and Ganbanba Dancer (2nd song) - this video used to include Shaki Shaki Shitte (pronounced Sha-ki Sha-ki She-teh) but it was edited out at some point (I assume due to a copyright claim). The singer on Ganbanba Dancer is Oreo Reona who is normally keys and backing vocals but she takes quite a few songs as lead vocals.
The dancers in this clip are Mai and Nenne, Nenne is a skilled piano player and in this performance of Ganbanba Dancer takes the keys so Oreo can focus on dancing and singing out front. Nenne left the band back in 2017 due to hearing issues from too many loud concerts (since recovered and working as a songwriter nowadays) and Mai left the band in late 2018/early 2019 as she wanted to focus on other things in life than music (she was around 20 at the time and had been in the band since 2013 when she was about 14 or 15). There used to be another dancer who joined around the same time as Mai in 2013 named Arisa, but she left in 2015 to focus on her studies and was replaced by Nenne.
If you want to check out a performance where Hana does a drum solo you can take a look at DOLL$BOXX performing their track Dragonet with a drum solo afterwards, you can find it here: ruclips.net/video/gWd6JIHMlkk/видео.html

Some great comments here, Gerald, Ami, Tyr...
    yu sheh key) I
I would call the 2nd song Latin Dance, Tho Koga insists on using the Bass Tone for Funk Metal. The line sung by cutie TomoZo skank-dance master? Something like "Yeah, when tea boils in my belly button", pretty much like "when monkeys fly out my butt", but you know, in a cute voice ;)
the core band is on record saying they thrive on "17yr old power", the three dancers started at ages 15-16, and never went over 21. Angie was 17 in their first video, turned 19 near Xmas.
for my money, Nene Konnishi (color coded Orange. note: Angie is Red, since Pink is retired for TomoZo) was the most talented. Obv both she & Oreo memorized that scat riff, but I'm not so sure Nenne (2Ns on her name tag) didn't write its & played it while dancing, around 18 (16?19?) there I think, Tre talente... Her hearing recovered enough to stay in (studio) music, she's now an unsigned pop/R&B solo artist, singing & piano
Original singer Armmy was (during GS) always completely bleach blonde (as Fuki often is...), with the very first band promo shot as the exception to throw us all off... Try Broken Lover with Armmy (ages 21(tomo is younger?) -> ~ 24(2010 or 2011?) & compare to Broken Lover live 2015 (ages 17/18 -> 28(Hana is oldest))
Broken Lover: w singer Armmy (no Oreo yet) ruclips.net/video/wD7mcIxfw-E/видео.html
w first dancers Mai & Alisa/Alice(code Green). The chaos that hooked me, guttural screams, entranced crowd head banging, alien-reveal with her pink antennae, punk speed drums, funk metal bass, harmonies, standing-on-keyboard-strip-show, and twin hype women, err, girls My jFemetal "WTF" moment... ruclips.net/video/yVTp3SESzpY/видео.html
Oh, almost forgot... Hunting Summer live 2016, way rough for a dance song, way gaiety for a rock song, but a tutorial on how to entertain... absolutely Everybody gets a solo, and with the keyboardist out front singing? Keytars to the rescue! A sexy song orig lyrics by Armmy about scouting for boys at the beach in your bikini, hat, heels & glass of wine ruclips.net/video/fWPyXZzeV3Y/видео.html

Are there any examples of really excellent drummers who sing lead, play all the other instruments well and write
Almost all of their music. Oreo is normally the back up singer. We say Han.a
    While Japanese say ha.na.
I always find it amusing that everyone ignores the fact that the dancers are wearing masks. Also that s Oreo out front...on second song. A dancer is playing keyboards...very well.

There should be no confusion as to the identify of the two keyboard players in this song, because you'll notice that Oreo Reona and Nenne are both wearing name badges. If you pause this video at 11:28 you can clearly see "Oreo Reona" (オレオ レオ) written in Katakana.
Nenne has her name written in Hiragana (ねんね). It's visible during the keyboard/scat solo with Oreo in the middle of the second song. There's a good shot of the names togethet at 13:05.
I've never been able to find out why they had these. Was it an amusing nod to the fact that there were two keyboard players, and it was to stop people confusing which was which? As if you could confuse the chaotic Oreo with anyone else ... :-)
