Gorgeous place and people...the food looked amazing bro! Funny fact one of the islands around venezia is an Armenian priest monastery. Use to be one of the biggest collection of Armenian books ...when Armenian was under russia.
@eltenda Hi! The mention of your comment is very fascinating to me, Ty. Yes, the island off Venice is called "The island of San Lazzaro degli Armeni," & is just a few hundred meters from Lido di Venezia where the historic Armenian Monastery is founded. The whole of the Island is Armenian & is still in operation today. I know that there are some, organised day tours to the island also & I've been to Venice, but never managed to visit this site. I would love to visit the island with a group of friends & pay for lodging to be able to spend a few nights there. Wishful thinking? But I'm Armenian & have researched this & know of who to contact for details, so✌! It would be a wonderful trip of adventure, sight seeing, knowledge & hopefully some night time group camp-fires. I would also gladly love to experience any paranormal spooky haunts, which is expected in such historic places?! It would be so thrilling! 👻😉 ps: I'm intuitive to these senses & have had some experiences, but never in such places. haha
