Our journey begins at the iconic Arch of Charents, a monument that towers over the vibrant capital city of Yerevan. Here, we will be greeted by panoramic vistas spanning the cityscape. With the crisp mountain air invigorating us, we'll delve into a local tradition by tasting the delicious and popular Gata bread. This flaky pastry, a delightful explosion of sweetness and texture, provides a tempting introduction to Armenian cuisine.
Next, we visit the awe-inspiring Gegard Monastery at the heart of Armenia's heritage. This is a marvel of human ingenuity, carved into the picturesque cliffs that rise directly above. Prepare to be mesmerized by the intricate carvings that adorn the walls of the monastery, each a magnificent testament to the artistry of its creators.
Step inside and be enveloped in the serene atmosphere, a stark contrast to the sprawling outdoors. The acoustics within this hallowed hall earned the legend, Gegard, the nickname "The Singing Cave". Whisper a tune, and be transported by the beautiful way it resonates throughout the chamber.
Our exploration takes an impressive turn as we reach the Symphony of Stones. This natural wonder is a breathtaking display of basalt rock formations sculpted by time and material. The towering pillars stand like silent sentinels, their geometric precision like the petrified pipes of a giant organ.
As we wander through this geological wonder, we was overwhelmed by the symphony of nature's artistry, each column a unique part of the earth's grand composition.
Finally, we visit the tourist attraction Garni Temple, a testament to the fascinating mix of Armenian influences. Nestled amidst a picturesque landscape, this beautifully preserved temple stands as a proud symbol of Hellenistic architecture.
As we explore its intricate details and marvel at the craftsmanship, we gain a deeper understanding of Armenia's rich past. The Garni Temple serves as a bridge between the ancient world and the present, whispering stories of a bygone era.
Armenia's rich tapestry of history and culture unfolds before us on a journey marked by iconic landmarks and natural wonders. From the majestic Arch of Charents to the awe-inspiring Gegard Monastery and the geological marvel of Symphony of Stones, each destination reveals a chapter of Armenia's story.

Nice to see you in a new upload. How have you been?? I hope you two were doing well.
Armenia, I am not familiar with this country.
Hmm...very interesting you have a walking tour guide with a driver.
Vey educational and she is very experienced in guiding.
I am very curious about the architecture and the rock formation in one place.
Cross stones are not just tombstone but work of art, I reckon 7:44
It gives me chills when I saw the details in the structure 13:11 wowowo 300 yrs to carve???
wow I thought it is very neat to have a little window 13:19 16:00
Wow we can step on the tombstones...cure our sins...wow very spiritual
You are very fortunate to walk through this historical church that took 300 yrs to complete.
It must be a little cooler than outdoor temperature.
hahah gata bread, how neat. I have never had one. You seems very satisfied with...
wow next destination is very unique rock formation to start with Symphony Stones...
Are you operating a drone, Robbie???
That rock formation reminds me ones at Iceland: The combination of the hexagonal basalt columns 25:29
It takes my breath away,
Unbelievable to see such a old floor engraved and kept it original stone floor.
Indeed, luxury is all here 31:49
I did not know the temple been damaged by earthquake. Garni Temple must have been gorgeous architecture as I see the ruins and restoration.
OMGoodness, Congratulations to YOU for sharing remarkable destination and I take advantage of....
This is only the first day of your trip. I cannot wait for upcoming episodes
I am off to my filming trip..excuse my absence.
Here is an eyeopener for you,
google ancient ethiopian aplhabet and then ask why armenians copied it and claim its theirs? also ask them why there arent any ancient sites in Erevan if they have a billion year old history? whatever you do dont mention Irevan Khanate (its the reason why they demolished the whole city in late 19th century because otherwise they wouldnt be able to explain the made up history) . Every sibgle dish they have is from neighbouring countries. Another fairy tale is first christian nation😂 travel next door Georgia (real first christian nation) and see for yourself. As for historic monuments scattered in Armenia all of those are scattered all across Caucasus countries which was part of Ancient Causasus Albania which has nothing to do with armenians. Also look up who ruled Armenia in 15-17-18-19th centuries😂 nobody thats who because there was no Armenia, they have been brought there by russians from Iran and Turkey for political reasons and became a country in a stolen land in 1918. Any armenian historian who tells the truth is labeled as national traitor and is thrown out of the country. Its a fairy tale made up by their tribe. Do your own research.

As an Armenian I want to thank you for visiting and want to give a fun fact. Armenia is one of the oldest countries in the world and it is the first country to accept Chrsitianity so we are very religious people that is why everyone is so hospitable.

Fantastic. Thanks for sharing the beautiful nature and history pf Armenia
I'm glad you liked it.😁 Thank you for watching.🇦🇲
Welcome brother 🇦🇲❤️
Thank you!🇦🇲🙏
I found it very interesting because I only knew a small part of the history of Armenia, of Russian dominance over this wonderful country, which took so long to gain its independence... My great-grandfather came from Syria, along with a huge wave of Arab immigrants, from Lebanon and from Armenia; São Paulo has the second largest immigrant population in Armenia, being the largest in Argentina. Walking through these ancient sacred sites must be a fascinating mystical experience. Thank you for sharing with someone who may never step foot on this ground. Don't give up on your RUclips channel, I really enjoy traveling with you. I hope your journey in Armenia is pleasant, full of good surprises and that you can make beautiful videos for us. Thanks! Kisses from São Paulo, Brazil.
First of all, thank you for your beautiful comment. I really appreciate it.❤️ I'm glad that you found this video very interesting. It is nice to hear your personal story with your grandfather and Sao Paulo in general. I'm also you really happy you like to travel with me.😉 Who knows, maybe until next time from São Paulo.🇧🇷😁

Thank you in Armenian will be “ shnorhakalutyun” or you can say in a French language “ mercy” but not sposibo which is Russian and not welcome here.
I thought Russian was the main spoken language besides the official Armenian language? I know some speak French, too. But it's like most people speak and understand Russian in Armenia. 😅

This is Way too much exaggerated though .Yerevan is a grey boring city with unaproachable cold locals. After 24 hrs there's absolutely no.poiht of interest .You should travel more often in my opinion.
Well, that is your point of view.🙂 I find Armenia a really interesting country.🇦🇲 I travel enough and I enjoy myself everywhere.😉 Cheers!😁
@@RobbieTravels I find realistic reviews are more helpful.Otherwise future travellers might be mislead when choosing a destination that fits their liking and their budget.
I show it like it is right? how is this misleading?🤔😅
