- What makes a great slice of pizza? It must be hot. Cheesy but not too greasy. The crust needs a complex, developed flavor. Pizza is an art. But there's one huge problem. Every restaurant in New York claims to have the "world's best pizza." Somebody is lying. In fact, most are. That's why we decided to embark on a completely unbiased review of the top rated pizza spots all across NYC.

i think the pizza table is used to keep the lid from stiking to pizza when it is being stacked on si cheese doesnt get stuck to lid and customers arent disappointed or if the pizz too big that it cnt be stay together , they use it to make them stick together
