Okay this is getting freaky 🤯 every time you upload a video, you mirror exactly what I've been doing/thinking in my life! I've been juicing for the last 3 weeks to help heal my body from fatigue and dizziness. And my light language has also been coming through for a year now too! ✨ I feel like you're my “Canadian life doppleganger!” We have so many similarities in our story too. Something I learned years ago is that everyone’s bodies need different foods. Also our bodies need different foods depending on the season. Have you ever taken an Ayurvedic quiz to determine your dosha? That will help you determine your primary energetic constitutions and what foods are best. I don’t strictly follow an Ayurvedic diet but I do use it as a gentle guide. Maybe the seeds are tough for your stomach to digest? Some foods are more bioavailable than others and some studies show that seeds are not. There’s also studies that link allergies and digestive issues to molds in nuts and nut butters. Ayurvedic teachings also describe foods that dampen your digestive fire and foods that help it thrive. Even something as simple as cooked food vs fresh is easier to digest. Again, I use this as a gentle guide. I find a short walk after a meal really helps too. It helps regulate blood sugar and supports digestion. These are the things that have helped me! Sharing just in case anything resonates!
I like to drink a shot of Kiefer before I eat any "junk food" and sometimes after too. What kind of juicer is that I need a good one. Maybe you can do a light darker topcoat on the teal nails :/

I wonder if you did a solar plexus cleanse? Sometimes I get stomach aches and bloated when I have too much energy going on there!
