MY RULES:
1. Replacement only if NOTHING else in my collection can serve the same purpose.
2. Three time exemptions ; Italy, France & Black Friday. But Hard no buy categories are still not allowed.
3. 100 uses on oldest palettes before can purchase a new palette.

Hey lovely. I literally LOLLED at 'who am I, American?' and your advice to customers at the dealership 🤣 So, as for the rest....you know that your only critic and judge is you. Please look at the positives and compare February last year to this one. It's a no brainer, you have excelled. Congratulations on passing your theory test. I am in awe. It's bloody tricky. I've been driving for 40 years and I honestly don't think I would pass it! As for that bloody Cliona palette....I think it's become a 'thing' for you now and I suspect if you hold fire you will feel the same about this one as you do about the ABH one. Name me one shadow in the Dragon Fruit palette that you can't dupe and that you HAVE to have in your collection because nothing else is possibly as good 🤭Enjoy the lovely things that you have bought, they all look gorgeous, so much so that I thought 'ooh, I might pop into Primark, Boots and Superdrug'....I'm not! Focus on your goals. Drinks in an Italian bar will be much more fun than another eyeshadow and it won't be long before your browsing for plants and busying around in the garden. Lots of love my friend. Don't be so hard on yourself. You're doing brilliantly 😘

My month was not great, but could definitely have been worse. I went into Target (first mistake) and looked at the discount beauty rack (second mistake) and picked up a few things I did not need. Didn't spend a lot, but that's not the point. My low buy is fairly flexible, but I'm trying to stick to replacement only or items that help make my collection work better for me. Happy birthday! Mine was last week 🎉

I haven't had the energy to wear makeup in a long while, but on the bright side, I haven't bought any makeup recently because of it.

I always got the impression that that Dragon Fruit palette had medium to dark shimmers. I don't own it, but I think you'd like it for a week and then it would go into a drawer and maybe a few months later you'd remember and be all, 'oh, yeah. this palette. neat.' I am also an older person without their driver's licence. though, I'm not sure I want mine.
And deep down inside I know you are 100% right!! I just need to drill it into my thick skull 😅😅
I’d rather not drive to be honest but getting in the car with Mom is getting riskier & riskier 😳😳😨

I got 4 eyeshadow palettes in February but I don't regret them 😆 Two of them were on sale and I wanted them anyway and the other 2 were limited edition palettes that I wanted that were going away- one already had and I got it from Mercari.
I feel like your collection is in hand especially since the move , and with all you've going on you deserve a treat!
You look absolutely beautiful 😍 there are going to be bumps a long the way. I totally get the reasonings, it’s pretty much how my collection got this big. Sending you strength to get through March with success. And congratulations on your test!! I have my license and stopped driving 10 years ago. My anxiety and pain made it difficult. I had too many times I had to call family to come get me because my leg couldn’t move fast enough to break. Plus traffic is nuts and my anxiety would be horrible. Just not safe. I’m very curious about the bronzer drops. I always wanted to try the drunk Elephant ones but no way was I paying that price.💜
I do worry that that might be a issue for me but I'll only be driving around very locally (doctors appointments, shopping etc).
I think the strength you sent me is working as I still haven't bought anything and I was even in town today, didn't even go into the shops that usually tempt me xoxo

i dont have that palette but something i do when i am debating buying something is i look up an image of the palette and blow up each pan and really ask myself do i like the color, will it be flattering, etc. it has helped deflate the excitement of the product many times

Happy birthday belated 🎁 it is ok to have a bump in the road. Get back on track. The only way I'm doing good is staying out of the stores 😂. The temptation is to high. You didn't buy much and it was affordable.

No one expects perfection, we all slip up sometimes, so don’t beat yourself up about it! The positive is that i find cream/liquid products seem to get used up faster than powder products! Happy Belated Birthday 🎈

Happy belated birthday! I have the pallet and barely used it. I depotted it because the pallet cracked. I bought it bc I wanted to try the brand and honestly regret it not because their bad but because it was a fantasy self purchase 😓

Well done. Have you previously had your driver's licence or is this your first time? My brother only got his licence in August at the age of 46. He'd had his learners permit for 20 years and just kept renewing it. When he was living in a remote Outback town he was able to walk everywhere within 10 minutes. When we lived in Adelaide and Sydney, he was always living near public transport.

I looked at the Glaminatrix Pastel Palette, I love pastel eyeshadows in the spring and summer months . Surprisingly though I don’t want that palette. I would however like to treat myself to the my dream Natasha Denona Blush that’s stunning . I’m going to wait till I do my next update which is March 18 if I still want it then I’m just going to buy it. I don’t think 1 purchase in 4 months is that bad ❤

Have you checked your collection to see if you have anything like it in your collection?
Youre still doing amazing. I would agree its your birthday and your husband treating you IMO doesn’t count. If he took you out for dinner instead of bought you something it wouldn’t count either. The Clionadh palette I agree looks beautiful but to me the price tag isn’t. To me, there will always be another palette that’s just as beautiful.
