Those type you are talking about are the type of people who wear masks driving their car all by themselves

Good video Matt. I get the feeling sometimes that some people take the safety thing to such a level that I wonder if they should even own a gun. It's like these people won't let their kids play outside without a crash helmet and wrapped head to toe in bubble wrap! Yes we need to be diligent but not to the point of being paranoid. You mentioned driving and you know how insane people drive here in Northern Virginia. I feel way safer at the range than driving. Regardless, no matter how safe one is there's always gonna be some dingle dork fussing about something.

I knew a little girl my age in grade school who went nuts while watching a horror flick because she thought the cultists in the movie were going to come through the TV and get her. Same thing with a grown-up woman years later (alcohol abuse was a factor). Some people, for whatever reason, can't process that they're watching a screen.

What are they worried about, a bullet coming through the screen and hitting them? "oh my gawd... you could shoot the internet!!!" Keep doing what you do brother, most of us get it!

Amazes me people lose their minds about pointing at the screen from 1000s of miles away and in the past. Like the congressman on a zoom call "I can do what the f&@# I want". Subscribed

There's one DQ'able offense in many of the shooting matches I've attended which I've always found silly. If you place your unloaded rifle, unloaded and checked by RSO, no mag, safety on, and completely covered by the rifle bag, no access to trigger, if you place this in the rifle bag and zipper it up to where your hand sweeps the front of the muzzle, you get DQ'ed. To me, that's like being DQ'ed because my pistol is in the appendix holster and its pointed at my happy place.

So refreshing to hear someone talk about religiously clearing firarms on camera for viewers. As a viewer I couldn't care less if you've cleared your shit. It's not going to impact me. I'm sure as a licensed firearm owner you've done your due diligence. Well said mate.

I'm posting videos from SHOT Show and the Great American Outdoor Show. Some asshats will comment on how I'm being unsafe because I'm pointing guns at people. I explain that I check every gun personally, the NSSF at SHOT, and the NRA hire a company to remove all firing pins and make the guns safe. The manufacturers ensure the guns are safe. They still insist that it's good practice, and I shouldn't point guns that are incapable of firing at 80,000 people inside a building.

I carry a Springfield milspec cocked and locked 100% of the time. Even when im cutting up an oak tree, loading the rounds in my suburban, and unloading at home and splitting the wood. I dont even own a holster, the rear sight just hangs on the belt. My pistol has never moved once.
