I have the 13 inch model since 3 years ago. That problem can appear if you open the laptop quickly from the side, not slowly from the center.
User maintenance is the key.

Wouldn’t recommend this model specifically, I happen to own one and the build quality isn’t great had the hinge randomly break and it punctured my screen resulting in a very expensive fix. I would most likely recommend a different cheaper model with touch screen or a different device like the surface by Microsoft where you can easily detach the screen from the keyboard.

I got one of those laptops loved it and was getting into figuring out all its features and stuff , and it got robbed , I was gutted to say the least , came across the box while clearing out yesterday wich brought the pain back my one was touch screen and could spin the whole screen round no doubt a great laptop 🙁

There are a lot of cheaper and better options out there granted maybe they wont be as powerful depending on the workload you prob wont need much sometimes an older gene ipad is the way to go.

Yes, but unfortunately you will lose some pre-installed features and your data as you will need to do a fresh install to downgrade to Windows 10 (any edition you want).

Q, please, pretty pretty please, if you could make a video using Photoshop it would be incredible. I don't know if you use Photoshop but if you do could you please show the buttons you press as well, I learned in prison tattooing so I don't know how to use it and it just so happens I bought the same laptop. I've watched so many videos but no one shows every button they press, like dragging pictures into it 😢.
