Installing James Paterson’s LUT category plus some Light Leak files.
Looking at a recent tutorial posting by James Paterson for Digital Camera World.
Part of his tutorial is a video, and part written, plus you can download some LUTs for Affinity Photo. These LUTs are in a category format and some people have struggled, with how to install them. Hopefully, I can help explain how to get them into Affinity Photo (PC version) and how you use them.
As an extra bonus, James Paterson’s download files also has some light leak files. So, I will look at these as well.
James Paterson’s original tutorial site, where the LUTs category can be downloaded from here.

Thanks, I couldn't get the LUT's into the iPad. There was no Load button, like it says in the help files. I know there was a Load button in v1 as I did a tutorial about using LUTs. How did you do it, or maybe you have a Mac and the Mac version doesn't have this problem?

@@CarlSurry On the iPad, from the Adjustment Studio, swipe left to see all adjustments, select LUT, then from the top menu icon I selected ‘Import Category’. I really hope that makes sense! There was no thought or logic used all trial and error. Keep up the great videos.

@@davidpitcher3656 Thanks, I will check it out. I just made a video looking at making LUTs on the iPad and said I didn't think categories could be used on the iPad. I will not remake the video now but may add a fly out saying I was wrong. I don't use the iPad that much so forget how many of the features work when I do use it.

Thank you, installing them wasn't clear on the article. :)
