Does borisfx for after effects have the same features as borisfx for davinci resolve. In which program do your products work better?

The core functionality is the same regardless of host. There are some things that After Effects allows us to do that Resolve doesn't, for example use native host cameras for S_LensFlare and native masks for S_UltraZap. No. 95% are done with AE, I don't use AE, we are cast adrift in a boat to find it out for ourselves
