Danielle, Danielle!! What are we going to do with you? Post-op care is essential, it's not a suggestion or optional. If anything, what is suggested is the bare minimum. And I know you know this. But now you're finding out why they say to do what you're supposed to do. At least you have a guy who sounds like he's understanding. (Definitely an extremely lucky guy.) And now you have an incentive to do the work and dilate more often. ;)
I am thrilled that you are "kind of seeing a boy." I hear a sweetness in your voice when you say this. which again make me very happy because I have always considered you to be a very special woman in terms of your intellect, your willingness to bring up controversial topics that need to be raised, your courage to be yourself, and your political view of the world in addition to being a very attractive young woman. Interesting unique special people in our world really are rare and it is always nice to see one of the really special good people finding good things happening in life, especially after they have worked so hard to make their life conduscive to happiness.

The prostate gland is a male reproductive organ whose main function is to secrete prostate fluid, one of the components of semen. The muscles of the prostate gland also help propel this seminal fluid into the urethra during ejaculation. The prostate secretion is a slightly alkaline fluid, milky or white in appearance, that in humans usually constitutes roughly 30% of the volume of the semen along with spermatozoa and seminal vesicle fluid. When you reach sexual climax, have you noticed any milky white fluid at your urethra? (Normally the prostate gland is not removed during Sexual Reassignment Surgery.)

Since I ever heard it possible to change gender, I have been very curious.. and when I discovered chur videos long ago, I always reminded chu but couldnt find chur videos. well now I did, finally can say thanks from all. making me feel much less alone and showing me that being normal looking (my biggest fear of staying always man looking) can be actually stepped over. If I may ask something personal, what is your view of saline versus silicon versus some of the other materials used. I looked at these options a few years back and some folks were very negative on silicon. My sense is surgeons who are used to T-women might be better, or is that not a factor in your view. Thank you.
while surgeons will use whichever the patient prefers, the vast majority of patients prefer silicone over saline because it holds it shape better, etc. the reason people use saline is because *if* it ruptures, saline can be absorbed by the body - but most implants don't rupture and only do so under extreme circumstances (ie - severe physical trauma like a car accident)
Hi Danielle I contacted you last year about progesterone, and now I have another question- I will be undergoing srs here in nyc next year and time off from my job is tricky. How long after the operation did it take to return to work ? How long until the pain subsided, and how long until you could resume physical activity, such as running, etc? OK that's 3 questions, if you don't mind. thanks Cheri in nyc
I was working again within 3 weeks (but from home), it took me a little while longer to work my way back into the office (logistics also play a part in this as you have to do a lot of dilating in the first six weeks). In terms of pain subsiding, I think around 4 weeks in I was no longer taking anything stronger than tylenol (can't really remember but I'm sure I covered it in one of my post-op videos). Physical activity I didn't try for months - I think I might've gone for my first jog about 6 months after. I think part of the reason my recovery took so long is because I didn't push myself very hard, and so some of my friends were much quicker but it will vary a lot from one person to the next.
I don't recommend doing breast massage in front of the computer , unless you are 110% sure that the CAMERA IS DISABLED!! when you do it, You have no idea what Russian or East Asian porn site it will end up on. Once that happens you will never get rid of it!! One good way: Electrical tape. When you are not doing vids pop a little piece over the camera and mic You can peel it off easily. If some of the glue stays on the lens itself a little rubbing alcohol and a soft cloth will fix it right up
Learned a lot about post-op care from this video. I am glad to see that you have possibly found somebody to be with.
