Don’t know if I missed something but how is he able to go in to his bag to grab calling chips and then put them back after the hand? Isn’t that going south? Idk. Someone explain please lol
nick covers luda, if it was a bad call, he doesnt need to change back the pile of 100's and whatnot. and just pay the 16k with 5k chips. since its a good call, he can put them back, you cant add more chips during a hand
Luda 3bets like an absolute maniac in a game where players never fold pre flop so he gets in these spots OOP where he gets all emotional and piles in a ton of $ in to win the pot. Credit to him to have it in him to run bluffs and willing to play massive pots but wow both those hands were painful to watch
off of that hand you mention alone, luda is literally delusional if he continues to think that he is a high-stakes pro. one should never be playing in games that are too high of a risk relative to your bankroll, televised/livestream/etc., it doesn't matter. never play out of your financial means. and that fold was a "scared money" fold. luda is nowhere near as good as he thinks he is.
The smallish donkbet on river was a mastery. I am not sure if Nick was fully aware what he was doing, but for Luda it screamed like straight or lower blockbetting. Nice one Sir! On the other hand this minclick on flop was super strong and value-heavy, might have influenced the fold decission on riv. Plus timing - Nick could have had taken some more time, as we would have had with bluffs (if he ever had some here, which I doubt). Overall I am pretty impressed with how Nick evolved.
I was fully aware he would take the bait lol I was bloating the pot because it is hard for him to let it go when the pot is big. And I for sure agree with you I’m kicking myself for not taking more time. That was a mistake for sure. Way too fast.
What is Luda calling flop raise with that he 3bet pre? Let's go over some of the possible hands (bluff hands with equity): diamond draws: A2-A6, A8-AK, K9-KQ, QT-QJ, J9-JT, T9, 98 (19 combos) Hands that are calling ahead most of the time: Pairs: 88-AA (not 3 betting pre with 22-66 PROBABLY, gives us 42 combos) Nick is discounting super nutted hands so we wont even go over those. Turn comes 5s. Notice how none of the hands from above interact with the 5s, except A5dd and maybe 98dd, A2dd, A4dd that pick up a gutter ball. Does a half pot bet make much sense with an overpair? Sure, but remember Nick check raised flop and Luda just called, he should be weary of a random 7x holding, so Luda won't always be betting turn unless he's trying to rep either a super nutted hand or a strong overpair, so we are still left with 19 combos of diamond draws and 42 combos of over pairs that may or may not be betting half pot after getting check raised on flop, so let's call it 19 combos of diamonds and 21 combos of pairs because half the time he won't be betting these hands. River come 9h. This completes A9dd, K9dd, J9dd, T9dd, 98dd, and 99. However, would Luda go all in with just a 9? Probably not he would probably just try to get to showdown. Would Luda go all in with an overpair? Probably not again he might just want to get to showdown. So that leaves us with what is Luda going all in with? 14 combos of diamonds and maybe 24 combos of pairs. This gives us around 42% equity to make the call. The half pot jam on the river gives us around 25% equity to be right, so obviously this is a pretty slam dunk call with what we can see. I didn't include any of the spam nutty hands Luda might be doing this with, which would drive that 42% equity up even more. Very good play by Nick here. Curious what others think of my analysis, I'm sure some things are off but this is how I'm thinking about it.
would've been easier if Luda made a smaller raise instead of 35k..considering how much was alrdy in the pot, 20k more to call to win ~150k, still a nice fold

Thanks for not spoiling the ending 👍
Man, he did that to himself. Calling the 9k would've saved him a ton of chips and suffering.
This is the best Hustler clip for sure
How to pay college for your child:luda
Have not been much of a Nick V fan but am now! The call with a pair of 3s against Luda Chris all-in was BAD ASS!!!
Almost like he knew his opponents cards.....lovely card reading abilities .I thought only Phil did this,,,
David negranu is the best card reader 😅🤣✌🏼✌🏼
This was great live because Nick stepped out of himself and he was just speaking about this the Friday before.
I mean it’s a great fold regardless… it’s obvious, but still… didn’t fall into sunk cost fallacy. Fun to watch!
luda sure likes to get in trouble with jack high ahaha'
I get that Luda dwells in "aggression is best plan" part of a poker profile, which is unquestionably the best take, but that river raise was a spew. That chunky bet on the turn would have anyone playing defensive. Literally the only hand that river raise is targeting is a 5, which isn't likely to value bet in the first place with flush and boat out there, and is basically a bluff catcher.
A lower flush could call. I would have just called in Luda's shoes, but when you bluff as much as he does, you have to throw in some thin raises.
@@ozrenbalic6051 there's almost none, just 89 and 24. I doubt 24 would likely be played like that. I get that aggressive players need to bet thin, but there's just no where near enough value to justify that play. It's a spew.
Nick V made a great call on the first hand. Period!!! When you have a wide open image like Luda does those things happen!!!
The 9k sizing on the river looked like a blocker bet with a straight on a paired board and Luda fell for it. It happens. He made a great fold to keep the last 20k. Entertaining hands to watch!!!
This is so overdue given how lucky Luda gets all the time blasting with garbage hands like 47 suited and getting there 😂
greed got to Luda, all he had to do is called the 9K and lose the 9K, especially with a boat on the board, instead, he raised to punish Nick from the hand before, NOT knowing that Nick was trapping him, Luda is NOT a good poker player, I've seen him bluff in the worst of situations, sometimes it works, especially against lousy players, but NEVER against good players
Blasts off with Jack high and gets heroed by 3s on a great call
"How do you run so good agents me" haha
I woulda been shitting bricks hearing him talking about making the call 🤣
This is a set up for sure.
Nicks hat is perfect.
Nick looked like he was having a great massage there. I trust he tipped well! 😉🤣
You ask for it. You re-raise hahahahaha. Well done nick. That trap lure well done
Hahahahah Chris calls him a bit while tilting lollll SO GOOD
NIT*
Boss ass fold!!! Bit can we not all appreciate the dramatists of the message!!! That shot had me dying!!!
Bruh the title should be referencing that balls of steel call by Nick V, unreal.
Edit: Ok that final fold is pretty tough too
You never know...In my small home game...I had pocket fives on a board with Q Q A J 9 and the post was $500 he bet $200 on the river into the pot and I had remaining $240. And I raised all in out frustration and he folded...thinking he had nothing and him thinking i had the nuts..he flipped over pocket kings LOL. Everyone at the table was shocked he wouldn't put in the extra $40 into a $940 pot. He tried to get tricky to save $40 when it cost him the whole pot. My stupid play...won me that one HAHAHA. He was shocked....you just never know.
@@nerdheid7306 appreciate the explanation
Luda 3bets like an absolute maniac in a game where players never fold pre flop so he gets in these spots OOP where he gets all emotional and piles in a ton of $ in to win the pot. Credit to him to have it in him to run bluffs and willing to play massive pots but wow both those hands were painful to watch
I used to think he was pretty good
That river raise is something someone who just started playing poker does
Chris is on major Tilt!
Luda folding 69 straight vs Nick 3 of a kind. Still makes me puke 🤮. Luda thought Nick had J9 nuts.
off of that hand you mention alone, luda is literally delusional if he continues to think that he is a high-stakes pro.
one should never be playing in games that are too high of a risk relative to your bankroll, televised/livestream/etc., it doesn't matter. never play out of your financial means.
and that fold was a "scared money" fold. luda is nowhere near as good as he thinks he is.
Luda Chris put himself in that situation. He could’ve just smooth-called the river bet. He didn’t even have the nut flush.
nice to see Nick get over on Chris.. very nice hands
I love it when bullies get punished!!! 😆🤣😂😹 LUDA CHRIS ALWAYS TRYING TO RUN OVER THE TABLE. GLAD HE LOST A LOT 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Is this the same announcer that announced at TCH live a couple months back?
Where can I watch this exact stream??
That Luda guy is gold. Printing money on him 0-24 🤣
Luda spews hard lmaoooo
Imagine how sick it would be if Nick was actually bluffing and got the bluff through when opponent folded for 1/8th of the pot 🤣
0% chance of him bluffing in that spot for that mount. He's always expecting to get called.
It’s crazy Nick is cool with Chris moving his chips for him. It seems like maybe he couldn’t see, but my closest homies never touch my stack.
I noticed that too. I wouldn't touch any of my homies chips just outta respect and it's an unspoken rule
I was fully aware he would take the bait lol
I was bloating the pot because it is hard for him to let it go when the pot is big.
And I for sure agree with you I’m kicking myself for not taking more time. That was a mistake for sure. Way too fast.
Did Nick immediately go south at 7:00?
No, of course not. Those were calling chips.
Sick Nick!!!! Wow!
Chris's raise on the river was so bad. He's never getting called by worse.
“1st time Ive ever been mad before”
sure buddy sure
What is Luda calling flop raise with that he 3bet pre? Let's go over some of the possible hands (bluff hands with equity):
diamond draws: A2-A6, A8-AK, K9-KQ, QT-QJ, J9-JT, T9, 98 (19 combos)
Hands that are calling ahead most of the time:
Pairs: 88-AA (not 3 betting pre with 22-66 PROBABLY, gives us 42 combos)
Nick is discounting super nutted hands so we wont even go over those.
Nick is a “Beast!”
He was already in tilt in the second hand after his shove bluff got called by bottom pair. You can talk about how he played the hand but gotta have the self-awareness to take a break when tilted, too.
Great call!
That first hand was Ludacris!!!! 😉
Ohhh nit vertucci 😂😂. I’ve seen plenty of videos of him calling light too
Arent 7s a viable possibility on 35675 as played?
Did he show?
That was disgusting. Good fold
Cmon gotta let us see him stacking the chips....
That was the best Nick big "#-I-C-K" play...👏
I think nick called over the masseuse so he could look down and not let Luda get a read on him
how does nick always win, he works their right
Boss call Nick 💪🏽💪🏽
Was that a massage or foreplay?
What a ludicrous move by Luda Chris. It was a very silly of him.
At least Luda didn't punt that last $20K.
Gotta give it up for this rivalry, it's insane to watch.
