Thanks 💪🏻✨🙂 I’ve scaled those bands with luggage scale. That’s how I know the resistance they give in streched position. At that point where I lock my elbows. Band on the scale and pull on the right spot and check.
Need a better diet and I wouldn't recommend those bands. An accident waiting to happen given enough time. If you lose 10 kg of fat and gain 10 kg of muscles, you'd be an absolute beast. Cut the carbs, more greens and meat.
I eat meat and greens. But I eat a lot! Plus I use a lot of milk products. Cheese etc. When I was younger it was very hard to gain weight. For years my BW was around 67-75kg. And inner fat was around 7%. So I almost doubled my meals because my results in the gym has stopped. I gained about 20kg in one year. Just with food. I’ve been lifetime natty and lifting weights 27 years now. And all my results blown up after gaining weight. So I’ve build that power and belly with love for years. 🤣 And I don’t want to cut weight. 108-112kg seems to be quite good BW for me because my basic condition is still at quite good level. I ride with bike 10-20km and do 3-7km walkings. Not constantly but sometimes. And my opinion with bands is that there’s no risk with using those. Especially with that light weights. Normally I use them in the gym. There are safetybars on bench. So zero risk there. I have left ones under the bar at home while have bigger load on the bar but I managed to get up on sitting position all by myself quite easily. But I still know what you mean. 👍🏻 and if you put bands first and after that plates you can drop weights from bar if you fail and you don’t use locks on the bar.
that’s impressive, good job !
Very strong clean reps there 👌👍 Never used those bands - how do you work out what weight it is equivalent to?

@@Kivari811 good idea- thank you
very good
Never heard of that being a military bench press before. Nevertheless, I always lift with feet on bench & thumbs-length grip.
