Thanks! 👍🏻✨ My best with 200kg is 8 reps with regular form. And 3x200kg with deficit style. Back in the days when my bodyweight was around 75kg I did 7x180kg deadlift. But my 1 rep max was only 190kg. I’ve always been better with stamina than 1rpm. But it has been settled more equal today because of years and years of strenght training. My best long set in bench press us 25x100kg.

Damn that's alotta weight. I was just happy with doing 100kg for 10 reps but I'm like 78kg.
