Best investment I did during high school was investing into braces and now I use whitening tooth paste and strips and every 6 months go to a dentist to get them whiten I’ve got so many compliments on how white my teeth look 🙏🏻
One thing that helps me a ton was a getting a toiletry bag these are the things I keep in there 1. tooth brush 2. tooth paste 3. floss 4. razor 5. nose hair trimmer 6. lotion 7. Travel size colognes 8. Lint roller 9. cleaning shoe wipe 10. Disinfectant wipes 12. Deodorant

Boys improving my looks drastically improved how females view me and my interactions with them. Yes, the surgery cost me some money, but as he said in the video about going to Turkey, the country I now live, to get thinning hair treatment, you can also get all the plastic surgery you want at a fraction of the price here. Next thing I'll work on is my big nose! :)

If you try to grow a beard but it is patchy, that is a sign of low testosterone. Either get TRT or take vitamins and herbal supplements to increase your test and lower estrogen.

I'm personally not a fan of waring skinny/tight cloth. Yes i've got a good body, but I only wear fitted cloth when i go to the club and at times to the gym. I love styling baggy/loose fit. I think they look aethetically better than slim fitted cloth. Slim fitted cloth makes me look like high schoolers or a man trying so hard to look cool. I love dressing casual. Looks good but also look you didnt try to hard to style yourself. eg, i dont like when my cloth are too "matchy". Im a little disappointed that all of these solutions are "pay for it". Im a poor student, i cant afford whitening my teeth and going to the barber every week. Ok i can exercise and eat well without spending a lot of money, but manboobs and the last bit of belly fat is very difficult to get rid of and im not motivated to start counting calories and going to the gym 5 times a week and hiring a PT costs too much. I will keep working, but becoming a fitness model is not one of my lifegoals.
You dont have to use minoxidil forever, once the hairs get permanently new blood supply the hairs become terminal and u can discontinue minox use. However if u are prone to hairloss on the scalp you probably need to use minoxidil forever to counteract the loss unless ur on a hormonal anti hairloss drug like finasteride.
Minoxidil is good, but once you start using it, you can't stop, as soon as you stop you lose not only thr progress you gained, but the hair you wouldn't have lost.
