I found it in 2019, decided not to watch it, then watched it in 2023 realizing it was the novel I read, and now to this day I regret not watching it 5 years ago.

It's okay. I know some were idols too. But, I think, that's his personality? I knew him for being savage and extremely honest. I know some idols who has the same personality such as Heechul and more. Let's just thank him for saving the awkward atmosphere.
As an international fan of the show I must say all the cast were talented and did a marvelous job at portraying their character! Let's applaud them all!!

OMG I didn't watch the show entirely but i already knew it was something like that... So I don't know if I want to watch the whole things. I like Yibo and Xiao but if there is the whole cast here it should be about everyone or every pair! I came here because of the fight between Liu, Zhu and Wang! I think Liu and Zhu are cute together
I wish to God that they made another series or the off chapters but we know that won't happen due to the government getting involved snd the solo fan base of Zhan Zhan almost ruining Yibo's career and that they were forced to seperate. They still meet secretly or privately, but there is a saying that in 2026 they will be allowed to be together again. Yibo is distraught all the time over not being able to be near Zhan since they got so close and are like besties. To be honest, I don't ship the people behind the actors because they are actors and I ship characters. However, HOWEVER, Yibo has no problem making out with guys like he has before on a game, and he constantly mentioned hugging and touching and having subtle intimate touches with fingertips and ect. And the staff laughed and said no, and yibo actually got jealous and a bit irritated when Zhan Zhan hugged a girl on set. Yibo was completely smitten and absolutely crushing on Zhan Zhan SO HARD. Look stuff up, Yibo is totally mesmerized 💯

This happens with every chinese drama I've seen so far like word of honor I wish they could see each other again. And I really hope the 2026 rumor about them meeting and reuniting is true.
We all agree: 1 - Nobody likes the MC 2- Yibo did great in responding to the MC 3 - Fans present have issues, find it rude just to cheer for main actors and not the other ones Now personally love how Xiao Zhan is so expressive with his face and how Yibo was always ready to back up if needed. Love the VERY FEW moments the other actors got, even if if it was such small time. Conclusión: This could have gone completely gone in a better direction. Like for heaven sake you have 12 members of the cast of such great drama/novel story.
I am not wang yibo fan but one thing I admire about him is his honesty. Tbh, I have never seen any celebrity in the Korean or Chinese industry who is bold as him. In his all interviews and shows, he never tries to pretend or cover up with cheesy lines or lies. I noticed In his interviews, his behaviours always like be professional with your questions, if you don't know what is professional I will teach you with my answers..(lol..huge applause 👏) On other hand, xiao zhan is a more mature, respectable kind person. In his Interviews, he is always careful with his words and he tries to correct or avoid the questions in a polite manner (lol he don't know to divert things😹)or he chooses silence wisely.👌❤ They both never sugarcoat things. one is swag and another one is humble, smart..lol that so much fun to watch at the same time huge respect👏
I love The Untamed, and even more so the actors, and that's why I was MAD watching this show. First, when the boys introduced themselves, not only did the MC do absolutely nothing to actually make them feel welcome or anything, but also the spectators acted in the most unbefitting way possible. I get that Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji are the two main characters, and that everyone loves Zhan Zhan and YiBo -so do I- but that's still not a reason to treat the other actors differently. The public barely applauded for the other actors, and some didn't get any attention at all. You don't need to love everyone, but just show some respect. And the MC that kept asking a bunch of straight up weird questions, mainly asking XZ and YB and often just ignoring the others.. I felt bad for them at first, but seeing the type of questions he did ask XZ and YB, I think it's better not to be asked anything. It was obvious that they were uncomfortable ! It was just disappointing and disrespectful to have brought these amazing actors and not even showing the smallest bit of recognition they deserve.
Absolutely right, as mc he most to interact and guide the most wanted actors with the rest, this was so awkward for all and disrespectful for the rest of the boys, they are so good actors and did an outstanding job...Shameless production.

feel the same as you (though I don't want to say so, the MC is not professional). All the actors are worth respecting, and I don't think the main characters Xiao Zhan and Wang Yibo felt comfortable in such embrassing situation.
i personally think yibo is amazing with interviews in a lot of senses but in this particular one he’s not afraid to call out the mc’s bull and rescue zhan ge from the borderline harassing comment, like boi didn’t even miss a beat !! sigh it’s times like this i wish i had a friend like him :-)

This whole fan meeting is so awkward. I feel bad for other cast. They was given little attention. The audience is rude as well...even if you're a fan of the actors who play the main characters, why can't you show respect to the other actors who are also a big part of the story
omg i thought i was the only one, it was so uncomfortable to watch, the MC was asking such weird questions too...like who tf asks about someone's waist? Also, the audience was mad disrespectful to the other staff, so it wasn't just the MC...this whole interview and fanmeeting was not it
The others deserved more screen time and attention, especially the actor for Wen Ning. Also it bothers me how the fans cheer so loudly for Xiao Zhan and Wang YiBo but like, don't even attempt for the rest of them. Kinda sucks because the rest are also really good actors and deserve the love (also don't get me wrong, I love Xiao Zhan and Wang YiBo is my favourite, but the rest are just as talented as them).
Agree... If I was there, I will cheer for all of them equally!! Aside from Yibo and Zhan Zhan... I like the actor who portrayed Wen Ning 🥰🥰... But of course, I also love them all... ❤❤❤
I mean is agree but at the same I understand. The first time I went to a Super Junior concert I cheer for all of them with all my might but when Kyuhyun (my fav) came I actually hurt my throat. Idk man, to me it's like you walked into a new school with a bunch of other new kids, but they get all the cheers and welcomes and you're left alone. The feeling isn't necessarily bad, but a bit uncomfortable and awkward, and you gotta admit. It just sucks thinking the actors are probably feeling that, because you kinda see it in their faces and body postures.
Red Red totally that’s why I said that I understood and agree it sucks when that happens but as a fan I get the other side too. Also in my personal case with Kyu (just to explain myself not that it has any relevance) I fangirl over him more than the others because his voice and looks are my favorite. His personality is also the one that matches most with mine so I gravitate towards him for that.
I agree, All of them are soooooo good specially the actor acting for Wen Ning and the other actors that is good. They don't even have too much exposure and the cheer fades when it's not Yibo and Zhan. I was actually thankful that Xue Yang actor, Xiao Xingchen's actor and Song Lan's actor was there behind the Wanji and Wuxian, it makes me happy to see their reactions ^^ If there will be another one of this events, please let the other actors have some time also instead of just sitting there and stuff like that. I can also see that annoyed face of Zhan Zhan sometimes in the vid but it's only natural HAHAHA

Because almost every interview of the cast is made awkward with wierd questions and completely ignoring the brilliant side cast that made the untamed world come to life so beautifully. And the fans only applauding for the lead actors was so disappointing.
Nope, it's literally this one guy. I hope you can watch more Chinese reality shows. Trust me, there are so many people who are trash talking about how uncomfortable the MC is making all of them. Literally, everyone thinks the MC makes this entire thing awkward and he's just so bad at it.

They are always fighting and teasing each other (lol!) but it's all out of love. 😏 WYB kept choosing XZ in pretty much everything like how he felt close to XZ at their first meeting. Awww 💕💕 I enjoyed seeing other characters' interactions here as well.

Same thoughts. I like both lead actors but they should have given equal attention to all of them. I can see the awkwardness of the other actors. If I was on their shoes, I might have been thinking "why am I even here?" Like... you know . .. it's like they just show up for appearance. Que coraje como trataron al resto del cast, casi lloro al principio por las fans que no les aplaudieron más que a los protas, se ve que se sentían súper incomodos, También se veía la cara de confusión de Xiao Zhan y Wang Yibo cada vez que los hacían pasar una y otra vez like: "¿Nosotros de nuevo?" lit Xiao volteaba a ver a los otros cada vez que los pasaban a él y a Yibo en vez de a alguien más. Los comentarios del MC fueron SUPER RANDOMS E INECESARIOS y ufff, la parte de las fans, la de rosa no respetaba el espacio de Xiao Zhan (cada vez que el se alejaba un poco, ella se movía mas hacia el) aparte de preguntas super incómodas de su parte, la fan de Yibo no se me hizo tan inapropiada. Sería mentir si dijera que no disfruté algunas partes, pero en general fue muy feo como trataron al cast, tanto el Mc inapropiado como las fans del público irrespetuosas.

All the actors are so talented but I felt bad and disappointed for them all during the meeting because MC and fans were so disrespectful. They deserve their talent to be emphasized not searching for cringy shots. Instead being relaxed for the fan meeting they were all so uncomfortable... so sad :(

Two year anniversary for this fan meeting. Miss the time when xiao zhan and Yibo on stage together. They are all going so well after dark time. Wish seeing two, xiao Zhan and Yibo on same screen again, singing love song and smiling to each other! Most of all, wishing they are happy what ever they want to do.

When you want Xiao Zhan to dance but he used his puppy eyes so you can't just say no to him and ended up letting him do what he wants. WE'RE WHIPPED. and no regrets though, his voice is very beautiful!
Where r the women of the cast? I’m missing shijie and Wen Qing and the rest of the females. Even though this show is mainly focused around the male cast they should’ve atleast brought in one or two of the females. The drama wouldn’t have been complete without them
I think it’s a couple reasons, 1 the Male cast is more popular with the fans 2. Almost all of the males have a part in the soundtracks too and the females don’t. But their schedules could also of been tight.
They should have just called yibo and Xian Zhan if it was going to be like this. I mean, those great side cast, more than half of the show they were just sitting there.
Loved seeing all the male cast together. The host wasn’t good, but the games were fun and the backdrop is beautiful! There was also something wrong with the music track but am proud that XZ & YB were able to still give a pretty good performance. Hoping to see the 2 of them act together again in the future 😊💕
I feel so bad for supporting cast like they almost didn’t even talk at all.. I am a big big fan of Xiao Zhan and I adore Wang Yibo but this isn’t right..
Not my favorite fan meeting but still revisiting because no one can move on from one of the greatest dramas for all time, great casts and excellent lead couple. YiZhan did a very exceptional portrayal of beautiful characters.

am i the only one who found the fan's questions to xiaozhan kind of disappointing ^^; like she just asked him about what he likes in girls and relationship stuff. Might just be me but it would've been nice if she asked more about his acting or singing or his experience filming the show and such (?)
Yes, and Xiao Zhan really looked uncomfortable when she asked him those questions. I guess he thought (as did I) that she would ask about filming The Untamed or about Wei Wuxian, but she just asked him what an immature fangirl wants to know. I think it would have been best to inform the girls before going on stage about what could be asked and what couldn't, because that girl's questions were a big no-no for me, especially in that situation. Yibo's fan's questions were a lot better, in my opinion. What I don't get either is that those girls went directly for the actor they like, which is normal, but they didn't even spare a glance at the other actor. Like why? I'm Xiao Zhan's fan, but I would have a very hard time if I had Yibo near me and I couldn't even say "Hi" to him. I don't know, I think the whole fanmeeting was awkward and I got the feeling that all the actors wanted to leave as soon as possible, I felt really bad for them.

I wish to God that they made another series or the off chapters but we know that won't happen due to the government getting involved snd the solo fan base of Zhan Zhan almost ruining Yibo's career and that they were forced to seperate. They still meet secretly or privately, but there is a saying that in 2026 they will be allowed to be together again. Yibo is distraught all the time over not being able to be near Zhan since they got so close and are like besties. To be honest, I don't ship the people behind the actors because they are actors and I ship characters. However, HOWEVER, Yibo has no problem making out with guys like he has before on a game, and he constantly mentioned hugging and touching and having subtle intimate touches with fingertips and ect. And the staff laughed and said no, and yibo actually got jealous and a bit irritated when Zhan Zhan hugged a girl on set. Yibo was completely smitten and absolutely crushing on Zhan Zhan SO HARD. Look stuff up, Yibo is totally mesmerized 💯

2- Yibo did great in responding to the MC
3 - Fans present have issues, find it rude just to cheer for main actors and not the other ones
Now personally love how Xiao Zhan is so expressive with his face and how Yibo was always ready to back up if needed. Love the VERY FEW moments the other actors got, even if if it was such small time.
Conclusión: This could have gone completely gone in a better direction. Like for heaven sake you have 12 members of the cast of such great drama/novel story.

I am not wang yibo fan but one thing I admire about him is his honesty. Tbh, I have never seen any celebrity in the Korean or Chinese industry who is bold as him. In his all interviews and shows, he never tries to pretend or cover up with cheesy lines or lies.
I noticed In his interviews, his behaviours always like be professional with your questions, if you don't know what is professional I will teach you with my answers..(lol..huge applause 👏)
On other hand, xiao zhan is a more mature, respectable kind person. In his Interviews, he is always careful with his words and he tries to correct or avoid the questions in a polite manner (lol he don't know to divert things😹)or he chooses silence wisely.👌❤

I love The Untamed, and even more so the actors, and that's why I was MAD watching this show. First, when the boys introduced themselves, not only did the MC do absolutely nothing to actually make them feel welcome or anything, but also the spectators acted in the most unbefitting way possible. I get that Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji are the two main characters, and that everyone loves Zhan Zhan and YiBo -so do I- but that's still not a reason to treat the other actors differently. The public barely applauded for the other actors, and some didn't get any attention at all. You don't need to love everyone, but just show some respect. And the MC that kept asking a bunch of straight up weird questions, mainly asking XZ and YB and often just ignoring the others.. I felt bad for them at first, but seeing the type of questions he did ask XZ and YB, I think it's better not to be asked anything. It was obvious that they were uncomfortable ! It was just disappointing and disrespectful to have brought these amazing actors and not even showing the smallest bit of recognition they deserve.
Absolutely right, as mc he most to interact and guide the most wanted actors with the rest, this was so awkward for all and disrespectful for the rest of the boys, they are so good actors and did an outstanding job...Shameless production.

I agree, All of them are soooooo good specially the actor acting for Wen Ning and the other actors that is good. They don't even have too much exposure and the cheer fades when it's not Yibo and Zhan. I was actually thankful that Xue Yang actor, Xiao Xingchen's actor and Song Lan's actor was there behind the Wanji and Wuxian, it makes me happy to see their reactions ^^

What's so hard about appreciating fellow actors. Even with a single clap. I've been a fan a series & no matter how I love the lead actors I gotta appreciate the side characters.
Those fans sending gifts to them doesn't erase what they did here in this interview. And of course they're going to say XZ & WY fans are so nice. What do you expect them to say? I can't even imagine what those fans would do if they said they were rude.

exactly my thoughts. the mc was absolutely terrible and only asked questions to wyb and xz and a lot of them were pretty weird... the rest of the cast took time out of their day just to be ignored by everyone, I love them but this was disappointing

As awkward as this fan meeting was, we got some really good moments from it.
Que coraje como trataron al resto del cast, casi lloro al principio por las fans que no les aplaudieron más que a los protas, se ve que se sentían súper incomodos, También se veía la cara de confusión de Xiao Zhan y Wang Yibo cada vez que los hacían pasar una y otra vez like: "¿Nosotros de nuevo?" lit Xiao volteaba a ver a los otros cada vez que los pasaban a él y a Yibo en vez de a alguien más.
Los comentarios del MC fueron SUPER RANDOMS E INECESARIOS y ufff, la parte de las fans, la de rosa no respetaba el espacio de Xiao Zhan (cada vez que el se alejaba un poco, ella se movía mas hacia el) aparte de preguntas super incómodas de su parte, la fan de Yibo no se me hizo tan inapropiada. Sería mentir si dijera que no disfruté algunas partes, pero en general fue muy feo como trataron al cast, tanto el Mc inapropiado como las fans del público irrespetuosas.
Es lo lindo de Xiao Zhan, que aunque los focos fueran hacia él y Yibo, éste siempre piensa en los otros. También a mí se me hizo una estupidez traer a todo el cast si solo iban a enfocarse en Yizhan, pobres chicos la verdad, todos son muy buenos actores
Exacto talento desperdiciado, mejor que no participaron Zhou Cheng y Cao Xi Chen. Para que todo el cast si solos los pusieron de relleno y Zhan y Yibo super incomodos por lo que les decian.

I thought the first girl asking Xiao Zhan some weird question at 1:00:00! There are so many interesting questions out there! But then at 1:02:15, the 2nd girl asked Yibo all the questions referring to Xiao Zhan and Yibo! Thank God Yibo is quick-witted!
All the actors are so talented but I felt bad and disappointed for them all during the meeting because MC and fans were so disrespectful. They deserve their talent to be emphasized not searching for cringy shots. Instead being relaxed for the fan meeting they were all so uncomfortable... so sad :(

When you want Xiao Zhan to dance but he used his puppy eyes so you can't just say no to him and ended up letting him do what he wants. WE'RE WHIPPED. and no regrets though, his voice is very beautiful!

Where r the women of the cast? I’m missing shijie and Wen Qing and the rest of the females. Even though this show is mainly focused around the male cast they should’ve atleast brought in one or two of the females. The drama wouldn’t have been complete without them
I think it’s a couple reasons, 1 the Male cast is more popular with the fans 2. Almost all of the males have a part in the soundtracks too and the females don’t. But their schedules could also of been tight.

Loved seeing all the male cast together. The host wasn’t good, but the games were fun and the backdrop is beautiful! There was also something wrong with the music track but am proud that XZ & YB were able to still give a pretty good performance. Hoping to see the 2 of them act together again in the future 😊💕
I feel so bad for supporting cast like they almost didn’t even talk at all.. I am a big big fan of Xiao Zhan and I adore Wang Yibo but this isn’t right..

Not my favorite fan meeting but still revisiting because no one can move on from one of the greatest dramas for all time, great casts and excellent lead couple. YiZhan did a very exceptional portrayal of beautiful characters.

am i the only one who found the fan's questions to xiaozhan kind of disappointing ^^; like she just asked him about what he likes in girls and relationship stuff. Might just be me but it would've been nice if she asked more about his acting or singing or his experience filming the show and such (?)
Yes, and Xiao Zhan really looked uncomfortable when she asked him those questions. I guess he thought (as did I) that she would ask about filming The Untamed or about Wei Wuxian, but she just asked him what an immature fangirl wants to know. I think it would have been best to inform the girls before going on stage about what could be asked and what couldn't, because that girl's questions were a big no-no for me, especially in that situation. Yibo's fan's questions were a lot better, in my opinion.
What I don't get either is that those girls went directly for the actor they like, which is normal, but they didn't even spare a glance at the other actor. Like why? I'm Xiao Zhan's fan, but I would have a very hard time if I had Yibo near me and I couldn't even say "Hi" to him.
I don't know, I think the whole fanmeeting was awkward and I got the feeling that all the actors wanted to leave as soon as possible, I felt really bad for them.
