Please can someone tell me after the steam is up to temperature how many seconds should I keep the tip inside? I want that consistency like the one on this video.
As long as your milk is textured enough, you can use coffee from moka pot or aeropress and make it into a latte art. The only difference is that crema help to make the texture better and easier
Sorry this might sound like a dumb question but this is my first time using the Breville espresso maker and my froth milk doesn’t look as thick and creamy like yours after frothing It’s still so thin. What am I doing wrong? What should the consistency of froth milk be?
On budget? Gaggia, Sage, Rancilio If you like Manual, Rok Presso GC or Flair. BUT, even those brand make bad or so-so product so make sure to think your budget and search everything about the machine like the capacity, pressure, steam wand, cups per day etc
When I steam it never comes out silky. When I pour it on the coffee the unsteamed milk slides out from under the foam. I have to spoon out the stiff foam on top of the coffee. Am I steaming too long?
You need to stretch the milk early when the milk is still cold. You want to stretch your milk quite gently so as to create smaller bubbles. If you stretch it too hard, big bubbles will form and it will be hard to create microfoam. As you are stretching, the volume of milk will increase. After reaching your desired volume, stop the stretching process and start to focus on just steaming the milk. Make sure you get a good spiral/vortex/whirlpool in your pitcher. This is essential for breaking down the small bubbles to an even smaller sized bubbles known as microfoam. This is the process where it will make your milk look smooth, silky and have a wet paint like texture. After that, make sure you always swirl your pitcher before pouring because milk foam tend to separate and will rise to the top. This will cause a blob of foam to suddenly fall down into your cup while pouring and will ruin everything. I recommend making your espresso first then only steam the milk. By doing this, you could pour it immediately after you steam your milk. Hope that helps 😊
I'm challenging you to froth milk using french press and use it as a jug to make latte art
I also use french press❤️☕
I love hearing you say “coffee up”
That shits annoying
This has helped the texture of my milk. It's not quite decent yet but it's better.
Oh!😍Thx a lot🙏I'll try❤️☕
Good review!!
thank you💙
Pls try sage barista touch
I work in a cinema and been trying to do latte art. My issues are with having too much milk I pour in.
Do you turn the frothed to max the whole time?
How long do you incorporate air for a latte? I'm a newbie

I have a question: Does it depend what kind of coffee you use for latte art?

As far as the coffee, the grind and type help to make a better crema, which helps you create the latte art
Okay thanks!
I steam the milk just like this but I've yet to get the right consistency before the milk scalds. What am I doing wrong??

@@khairinarif369Hey, thanks for explaining this more. I'm determined to get this right 👍🏻
@@suew4609 Your welcome 😊. I'm more than happy to help 😄.
could you get it right?@@suew4609
Can you give some tips on steaming alternative milks with less fat content? E.g. skinny, oat, soy, almond. Thank you!!! 😭
I second this! 🙏
x3
Try adding some fat and whisk it together before steaming.
What kind of breville machine is this /s
It Sunbeam/Breville Barista Max.
I think Breville/Sage have similar machine, though Breville have better grinder, Sunbeam have better steam wand
I use the same machine as yours but still can't froth a good texture 😭😭😭 always to thick and many big bubbles 🥲
Could you get it right? Same thing happens to me. Also, if i ever have gotten to the desirable texture, there's too much milk for one cup
Did he say 45 seconds 😂
4 to 5
This is very very very wrong and bad. Look up how to steam milk and make coffee before you show your face on the internet again
